Allgemeines
General
● Schüco Doppelgehrungssägen gibt es in den unterschiedlichsten
Ausführungen. Mit einer Säge aus der PDG-Familie erhalten Sie auf
jeden Fall eine Maschine, die die jeweiligen Ansprüche im Metallbaubetrieb erfüllt und speziell für den Profilzuschnitt entwickelt wurde.
● Schüco double headed mitre saws are available in several different
models. The PDG family of saws provide a machine that fulfils metal
fabrication requirements and has been developed especially for cutting
profiles.

Reduction in costs
● Durch den Doppelschnitt einer Doppelgehrungssäge kann die Fertigungszeit beim Profilzuschnitt halbiert werden.
● Die großen Modelle PDG e-Cut und Cut besitzen eine Steuerung,
wodurch die Maschine nicht nur einfach zu bedienen ist, sondern
dadurch werden die zu schneidenden Profile bildlich dargestellt inkl.
Spannlage in der Säge.
● Using a double headed mitre saw can halve the production time required
for cutting profiles.
● The large PDG e-Cut and Cut models have control, which means the
machine is not only easy to operate, but also that the profiles to be cut
are displayed graphically − including the clamping position in the saw.

Improved quality
● Warum Sägeblatt von hinten?
● Profile müssen in der Säge so ausgerichtet und gespannt werden, wie
sie auch später auf der Eckverbindungsmaschine verpresst werden. In
der Regel werden Fenster- und Türprofile in der Säge und anschließend
in der Eckverbindungsmaschine auf der Innenansichtsfläche aufgelegt
bzw. darauf ausgerichtet. Die Spanner sowohl auf der Säge als auch auf
der Eckverbindungsmaschine spannen auf der gegenüberliegenden
Außenansichtsfläche.
● Why a saw blade from behind?
● Profiles must be aligned and clamped in the saw in the way they will be
pressed later in the corner crimping machine. As a rule, window and door
profiles are positioned in the saw and subsequently in the corner
crimping machine on their inside face. The clamps on the saw and
corner crimping machine grip the opposite outside face.

Allgemeines
Die Schüco PDG dual Cut vereint hohe Präzision, einfache
Bedienung, extreme Zuverlässigkeit und dies bei maximaler
Sicherheit. Der große Schnittbereich und die extremen Winkeleinstellungen optimieren Profilbearbeitungen. Die Rüstzeit wird
durch die hohe Verfahrgeschwindigkeit des Sägekopfes auf ein
Minimum reduziert. Höchste Schnittgenauigkeit durch exaktes
positionieren der Profile mit Hilfe der vertikalen 2-D Spanner.
Durch das von unten kommende Sägeblatt können absolute
Spitzenmaße realisiert werden, sodass Profiltoleranzen vernachlässigt werden können. Bei der Entwicklung der Säge stand
eine einfache, ergonomische Bedienbarkeit im Vordergrund.
Das Ergebnis ist ein ergonomisches und somit bedienerfreundliches Einlegen der Profile bei sehr geringen Arbeitshöhen.
General
The Schüco PDG Dual Cut saw combines high precision, easy
operation and extreme reliability, all with maximum safety. The
large cutting area and the extreme angle settings optimise profle
preparations. The speed at which the saw head moves reduces
set-up time to a minimum. Accurate positioning of the profle with
the help of the vertical 2D clamp ensures the highest level of
cutting accuracy. Since the saw blade comes from underneath,
the absolute maximum dimensions are possible, so that profle
tolerances can be disregarded. When developing the saw, the
focus was on simple ergonomic operation. The result is that the
placing of the profles in the machine is ergonomic and therefore
user-friendly with very small working heights.
Die Schüco PDG dual Cut Serie besteht aus drei Maschinenvarianten, die
sich in der Anzahl der CNC-gesteuerten Achsen voneinander unterscheiden.
The Schüco PDG Dual Cut series consists of three models of the machine,
distinguished from one another by the number of CNC-controlled axes.
