Who we are
Tillotts Pharma (www.tillotts.com) is a fast-growing international speciality
Pharma company located outside of Basel employing over 200 employees in
Switzerland and abroad. We are dedicated to the development, in/out-licensing
and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products in the field of
gastroenterology. We successfully market our own products as well as inlicensed products in over 60 countries through our affiliates as well as a
network of carefully chosen licensing- and marketing partners. We are engaged
in close collaborations with pharmaceutical research centres and universities.
Tillotts group is reporting in IFRS and consolidating different affiliates in Europe.
To be located at our HQ in Rheinfelden (AG), we are looking for a
Legal Trainee
(6 – 9 months, preferably starting in June 2016)
Your tasks
Support the Legal Department in all day-to-day work
Handle, together with the Paralegal, all initial contract requests in regard
to Confidentiality-, Consultancy-, Services- and/or small ticket R&D
Agreements
Conduct legal research and handle various simple legal tasks, including
leading correspondence with external counsels (mostly in English)
Accompany the Legal Counsels to meetings/negotiations and support the
preparation of presentations pertaining to the Legal Department
Who you are
University degree in Swiss law, with a main focus in commercial-,
contract- and Intellectual Property law, and lots of part-time jobs during
life as a student
Interested to work in an in-house Legal Department in the future
Hard-working, flexible and well-organized, hands-on and multitasking,
with a flair for straight forward communication
Strong desire to learn and a readiness of mind, fun to work with
German mother tongue, good English-skills and a good knowledge of MSOffice
