Ein vierteiliger Seminarzyklus (2015 – 2017)
vermittelt die Grundlagen prozess-orientierter Facilitation.
Das Seminar kann auch als Einzelseminar besucht werden.
Seminarinhalt
Worldwork ist eine Methode zur Facilitation und Konfliktarbeit mit Gruppen und Großgruppen, die aus der Prozessarbeit oder Prozess-orientierten Psychologie entstanden ist.
Durch die Worldwork-Perspektive lassen sich Spannungsfelder
in Großgruppen (z.B. in Organisationen oder Gemeinschaften)
analysieren und bearbeiten.
Die prozess-orientierte Grundhaltung interessiert sich
dabei nicht nur für die Ziele oder Absichten von Gruppen,
sondern auch für den Prozess oder das intentionale Feld
der Gruppe, also für das, was tatsächlich geschieht. Konflikte werden somit zum Ausgangspunkt einer Entwicklung,
die ihre eigene Weisheit in sich trägt. Worldwork macht die
hauptsächlichen Polaritäten in einem Spannungsfeld durch
eine Art Rollenspiel sichtbar und lädt die Gruppenmitglieder
dazu ein, sich an diesem Prozess zu beteiligen. Die Gruppe
versteht besser, worum es im Kern geht, kann die konfliktären Positionen von den Personen trennen und entwickelt
miteinander neue Perspektiven. Die am Workshop vermittelten Werkzeuge ermöglichen die Bearbeitung von verdeckten
bis zu hoch-eskalierten Konflikten. In verschiedenen Teilen
der Welt kommt Worldwork in der Arbeit mit Gemeinschaften und Organisationen in unterschiedlichen Settings zur
Anwendung.

Seminarleitung
Alexandra Vassiliou,
Ph.D., dipl. POP hat in den
USA Prozessarbeit studiert,
lebt und arbeitet in Athen.
Sie arbeitet als Psychotherapeutin und Trainerin für
Konfliktarbeit und Kommunikation in Schulen, Organisationen und der Erwachsenenbildung. Ihre Arbeit ist
inspiriert durch die Verbindung zwischen sozialem und persönlichem Wandel.

Lukas Hohler,
M.A., dipl. POP hat in den
USA Konfliktarbeit studiert,
ist diplomierter Prozessarbeiter und Teil der Institutsleitung und Fakultät am IPA
(Institut für Prozessarbeit
Zürich). Er ist Programmentwickler von u.a. „Starke Führungkräfte“ und „Starke
Lehrkräfte“, die in verschiedenen Teilen der Welt zur Anwendung kommen und Gründer und Geschäftsleiter von Grundkraft. Prozessarbeit ist seit 20 Jahren seine Leidenschaft.

SOCIAL FIELDS OF TENSION

Workshop #2: Hamburg, June 16 - 18, 2016
A facilitation training series (2015 – 2017)
on the basics of process-oriented facilitation. The workshop can be attended individually or as part of the fourpart training sequence.
Content of the seminar
Worldowork is used in many parts of the world in various settings to work with communities and organisations. It
is a method of facilitation and conflict resolution with large
and small groups of individuals that originated from process work or process–oriented psychology. With the help of
Worldwork one can support and facilitate tensions in large
groups.
The focus of a process–oriented attitude lies not only
with the aims and intentions of groups but also with the
process and intentional field of the group that manifests in
the moment. From this perspective, conflicts become the
departure point of a process trying to happen that carries
within its own direction and wisdom. Worldwork uncovers
the main polarities in a field of tension by the use of a
type of role play and invites group members to take part in
the process. The group gains a better understanding of the
core meaning, can learn to separate the individuals from
their momentary position in a conflict and can also create
a new perspective.

Alexandra Vassiliou,
Ph.D., dipl. POP, is a psychotherapist, conflict resolution facilitator and
Process Work teacher who
lives in Greece and works
locally and internationally.
She has developed trainings on conflict resolution and team building for schools,
organizations and staff of NGOs. She has also developed,
the Greek Grundkraft programm for Teachers Empowered.

Lukas Hohler,
M.A., dipl. POP, M.A. has
studied Process Work in
Portland (USA) and Zurich
(Switzerland) where he is
mostly based. In addition
to teaching Process Work
and working as a coach and
supervisor, he is the founder of Grundkraft, where he has
developed empowerment programs for schools, youth work
and leaders of organisations that are applied across Europe
and Africa.
