L’Avv. Mario Gatti entra in JENNY.Avvocati come senior associate e Head of Department del
ricostituito dipartimento Diritto del Lavoro.
Gatti sarà responsabile di tutta l’attività di consulenza ed assistenza giudiziale giuslavoristica dello
Studio, nell’ottica di un potenziamento ed allineamento di Jenny.Avvocati rispetto alla crescente
domanda della clientela in materia di diritto del lavoro, anche alla luce delle ultime riforme in
materia di lavoro.
L’avvocato Gatti ha maturato una solida esperienza in diritto del lavoro collaborando all’interno di
primari studi legali giuslavoristici italiani e società di consulenza internazionale .
In passato, Mario Gatti ha partecipato a riorganizzazioni e procedure collettive in favore di società
italiane ed estere che operano in diversi settori merceologici ed ha acquisito una consolidata
esperienza nella gestione dei rapporti contrattuali tra manager ed aziende.

Mario Gatti joined JENNY.Avvocati as senior associate heading the newly reinstated Labour
Department.
Gatti will be in charge of the non contentious matters as well as the labour litigation of the firm, in
order to meet the increasing and demanding needs of the clients regarding labour law, also in light
of the reforms undergoing in Italy.
Mario Gatti has gained a long-standing experience in labour law working together with primary
Italian boutiques as well as with one of the Big Four.
In the past, Mario Gatti participated in reorganizations and collective procedures for Italian and
foreign companies active in the most different sectors, and he acquired a thorough experience in
handling contractual relationships between managers and companies.

RA Mario Gatti ist JENNY.Avvocati als senior associate sowie Leiter der wiedergebildeten
Abteilung für Arbeitsrecht beigetreten.
Gatti wird für die gesamte Beratungstätigkeit sowie die gerichtliche arbeitsrechtliche Tätigkeit der
Kanzlei verantwortlich sein, um somit der steigenden Anfragen der Kunden zu arbeitsrechtlichen
Fragen entgegenzukommen, auch in Anbetracht der jüngsten Reformen in Italien.
Mario Gatti hat langjährige Erfahrungen im Arbeitsrecht gesammelt, indem er bei einigen der
führenden italienischen Arbeitsrechtskanzleien sowie bei einer der Big Four gearbeitet hat.
In der Vergangenheit hat Mario Gatti italienische sowie ausländische Firmen beraten, die in den
unterschiedlichsten Produktbereichen tätig sind, und seine Tätigkeiten betraf vor allem folgende
Bereiche: Umstrukturierungen, Massenentlassungen, Verträge mit leitenden Angestellten und alle
diesbezüglichen Streitsachen.
