Mell
Mell ist ein spannungsvoller Charakter: außen kantig, innen
rund, dabei durchdacht bis ins Detail. Die Stahlkufen sind
so filigran, dass Mell zu schweben scheint. Wer genauer
hinschaut, entdeckt an ihnen noch gerundete Winkel –
Details, die für minimalistische Eleganz stehen. Mell ist
nicht nur Sofa und Sessel, sondern auch Verbindungsteil,
Hocker und Tisch. Zussammen ergibt das Sitzlandschaften
nach eigenem Bedarf: immer bequem, mit hohem Sitz
komfort und von jener besonderen Leichtigkeit, die die
feinen Stahlkufen an Tischen und Sitzmöbeln vermitteln.
Mell ist die etwas straffere Version zu Mell Lounge. Die
Rückenkissen fehlen hier. Die Sitztiefe ist geringer und
eine aufrechtere Sitzhaltung damit gwährleistet.
Mell is an engrossing character: angular on the outside,
round on the inside, and well thought-out to the last
detail. The steel skids are so delicately formed that Mell
almost appears to be floating. A closer look reveals that
it has rounded corners — details that denote minimalist
elegance. Mell is a somewhat firmer version of Mell
Lounge. It has no back cushions. The seating depth
has been reduced, prompting a more upright seating
position with a high degree of seating comfort. Mell is
not just a sofa and easy chair, but also a comfort zone,
connection element, footstool and table. Taken together,
the result is seating landscapes that meet individual
requirements.

Mell
mit hohem Rücken
with high back and armrests
Mell has now found its way into the living room as a
small suite. Adopted from the elegant Mell easy chair,
the high back and armrests give the sofa a flowing momentum. Mell has a tidy appearance, but not at the expense of comfort. The loose cushions in fabric or leather
lend Mell — available in three different lengths — a certain
nonchalance. The accompanying stool accommodates
tired feet in the evening just as well as it does a tea tray
on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
Mell hält nun als kleine Garnitur Einzug ins Wohnzimmer.
Den hohen Rücken und den seitlichen Schwung hat es
kurzentschlossen von dem zierlichen Mell Sessel übernommen. Auf Mell hat man es gern ordentlich. Auf Bequemlichkeit muss trotzdem niemand verzichten. Das stellen die losen
Sitzkissen aus Stoff oder Leder sicher, die Mell auf drei verschiedenen Längen mit einer gewissen Nonchalance ausstatten. Der dazugehörige Hocker nimmt müde Füße am
Abend ebenso gern auf wie das Teetablett an einem verbummelten Sonntagnachmittag.
