Bei der Neuanmeldung stimmen sowohl Sie als auch Ihr Freund den Aktionsbedingungen zu.
Sie wohnen bereits als Gast, Erasmus-Student oder Gastprofessor im Sommersemester 2016
in einem OeAD-Gästehaus oder haben bereits für das Sommersemester 2016 eine Unterkunft
durch die OeAD-WohnraumverwaltungsGmbH erhalten.
OeAD-Stipendiaten sind von dieser Aktion ausgeschlossen.
Bei einer gültigen Weiterempfehlung werden am Ende des Aufenthaltes je EUR 50,00 FriendsBonus für Sie und Ihren Freund gutgeschrieben! Bei einer zweiten Weiterempfehlung muss
Ihr aktueller Aufenthalt selbst mindestens 4 weitere Monate andauern.
Der Friends-Bonus kann nicht für mögliche Schäden oder sonstige Forderungen eingelöst
werden.
Ihr Freund muss in die gebuchte Unterkunft einziehen, bei Bedarf ein gültiges Visum besitzen
und die Buchung im gesamten gebuchten Zeitraum wahrnehmen.
Der Friends-Bonus gilt nicht bei einem Storno innerhalb von 7 Tagen bzw. einem Storno vor
Einzug und wenn der Aufenthalt verkürzt wird. Der Friends-Bonus kann auch nicht bei einem
Storno mit Arztbestätigung geltend gemacht werden.
Ihr Name muss bei der Weiterempfehlung eindeutig erkennbar sein. Ggf. müssen weitere
persönliche Daten, Geburtsdatum und Email-Adresse zur Identifizierung nachgereicht werden.
Der Friends-Bonus ist nicht auf andere Personen übertragbar.
Um den Friends-Bonus zu erhalten, dürfen weder Sie noch Ihre empfohlenen Freunde mit den
Zahlungen im Rückstand sein!
Wir können nicht garantieren, dass Ihr Freund im selben Zimmer oder der gleichen Unterkunft
gebucht wird, obwohl wir uns bemühen dies möglich zu machen! Eine Buchung kann laut
unseren AGBs nicht garantiert werden.
Der Aktionszeitraum gilt nur für Neuanmeldungen für die Städte Wien, Graz und Salzburg von
3. Februar 2016 – 15. März 2016.
Anmeldungen sind bis zum 15. März 2016 gültig, die Kaution muss spätestens am 31. März
2016 auf unserem Konto eingegangen sein.
Die Aktion gilt nur für Buchungen für das Sommersemester 2016 (2.2.2016 – 30.6.2016)
Wir behalten uns vor unqualifizierte oder missbräuchliche Anmeldungen vom Friends-Bonus
ohne Angabe von Gründen jederzeit auszuschließen.
Der Friends-Bonus könnte auch im Falle eines Gewinnes bei der OeAD-Housing Lottery „you
stay we pay“ geltend gemacht werden.
Der Friends-Bonus kann nicht in bar ausgezahlt werden.

For a new registration you and your friend agree with our terms and conditions.
You currently live as a guest, Erasmus-student or guest professor in one of the OeADaccommodations or you already received a booking confirmation for the summer semester
2016 through the OeAD-Housing Office.
OeAD-Scholarship holders are excluded from this promotion.
For a valid recommendation we will credit EUR 50,00 bring-a-friend bonus for you and your
friend. If the stay is less than 3 months, the bring-a-friend bonus will be credited to you and
your friend. For a second recommendation your own stay has to endure a minimum of 4
months.
The bring-a-friend bonus must not be credited towards possible damages or other claims.
Your friend has to move into the accommodation, possess a visa on request and perceive the
booking for the whole period of his/her stay.
The bring-a-friend bonus is not valid if you cancel within 7 days or cancel the booking before
moving in and if your stay is shortened prematurely. The bring-a-friend bonus cannot be
claimed for cancellations with a doctors note.
Your name has to be clearly recognizable when being recommended. If necessary, you have
to hand in personal data, birthday or email address.
The bring-a-friend bonus is non-transferable to other people.
In order to receive the bring-a-friend bonus both of you must not be behind with
accommodation fee payments.
We cannot guarantee that your friend will be booked into the same room or the same
residence even though we try to fulfill your request! According to our terms and conditions we
cannot promise any booking.
The promotion is valid for bookings in the summer semester 2016 for the cities Vienna, Graz
and Salzburg from February 3, 2016 – June 30, 2016.
Applications are valid until March 15, 2016, the deposit has to be transferred to our account
until March 31, 2016.

We reserve the right to exclude unqualified or improper applications from the bring-a-friend
bonus without giving any reasons.
The bring-a-friend bonus may also be claimed in case of winning the OeAD-Housing lottery
“you stay we pay”
The bring-a-friend bonus cannot be paid in cash.
