MICHAEL
PODOGIL
Michael Podogil wurde 1985 in Wien geboren. Während
seiner Zeit als Student der Technischen Universität Wien
versuchte er sich an kleineren Filmprojekten und
besuchte die Filmschule in Rockport, ME (USA). Seit 2009
studiert er Regie bei Michael Haneke an der Filmakademie
Wien und arbeitet für Fernsehen und Werbung.
Michael Podogil was born in 1985 in Vienna. During his
time as a student at the Technical University of Vienna,
he accomplished small projects and attended the
filmschool in Rockport, ME (USA). Since 2009, he has
been studying Directing at the Vienna Film Academy in the class of Michael Haneke and
is working in TV and Advertising.

Der 10-jährige Simon findet seinen alleinerziehenden Vater tot in dessen Zimmer vor.
Unter Schock stehend, versucht er mit allen Mitteln die "Normalität" seines gewohnten
Alltags aufrecht zu erhalten.
*10-year-old Simon finds his single father dead in his room. Shocked, he tries to
maintain his everyday life.
