6. Europäischer Künstlerwettbewerb 2015
Künstlerinnen und Künstler aus allen Bereichen der Bildenden Kunst sind eingeladen, sich mit einer Arbeit zum Thema „Künstler entdecken Europa“ zu
beteiligen. Eine zusätzliche Bezugnahme auf Leverkusen ist möglich, aber nicht Bedingung. Der Künstlerpreis der Europa-Union Deutschland Kreisverband
Leverkusen e.V. wird in einem Vier-Jahres-Turnus vergeben, im März 2016 zum 6. Mal. Für das Bewerbungsverfahren gelten die nachfolgenden

Preise
Der Grand Prix | Künstlerpreis 2015 der Europa-Union Leverkusen besteht aus einem Preisgeld in Höhe von 1.000,00 €, gestiftet von der EVL
Energieversorgung Leverkusen. Außer dem Hauptpreis werden der Sonderpreis des Oberbürgermeisters, der mit 500,00 € dotierte Ehrenpreis der
Sparkasse Leverkusen und der mit 500,00 € dotierte Ehrenpreis der Volksbank Rhein-Wupper eG Leverkusen vergeben.

Die Bewerbungsfrist beginnt am 15. September 2015 (bitte nicht vorher schicken) und endet am 31.12.2015. Es gilt das Datum des Poststempels.

Rücksendung der Bewerbungsunterlagen
Die Bewerbungsunterlagen werden nach der Ein- bzw. Ausjurierung den Bewerbern und Bewerberinnen zurückgesandt, wenn den Unterlagen eine
entsprechende, ausreichend frankierte Versandverpackung beigefügt ist. Andernfalls verbleiben die Unterlagen bei der Europa-Union Leverkusen und
werden nach Ablauf von zwei Monaten nach der Jury-Entscheidung vernichtet.
Jury
Die Entscheidung über die Ausstellungsteilnahme, die Vergabe des Grand Prix - Künstlerpreises 2015 und der Sonder- und Ehrenpreise trifft eine Jury,
die von der Europa-Union Leverkusen berufen wird. Die Jurierung erfolgt in zwei Schritten. Die erste Jurierung, Nominierung zur Ausstellungsteilnahme,
wird durch eine Fachjury anhand der Bewerbungsunterlagen vorgenommen. Die zweite Jurierung findet anhand der Original-Werke statt; es werden
die Preisträger gewählt.
Die Mitglieder der Jury werden zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt bekannt gegeben. Die nominierten Künstlerinnen und Künstler werden Anfang Februar
2016 informiert.
Gegen die Entscheidung der Jury ist der Rechtsweg ausgeschlossen.

Ausstellung
Die Preisträgerinnen und Preisträger werden zusammen mit den Bestplatzierten des Wettbewerbs mit einer Ausstellung gewürdigt. Die Bekanntgabe
der Preisträger und Preisverleihung erfolgt zur Eröffnung der Ausstellung am Sonntag, 06. März 2016, um 11.30 Uhr in der Galerie im Forum Leverkusen.
Hierzu stellen die Künstler/innen ihre Arbeiten in einem ausstellungstypischen Umfang zur Verfügung. Anlieferung und Abholung der Exponate erfolgen
durch die Künstlerinnen und Künstler.
Ausstellungsdauer: 06. März bis 20. März 2016
Durch die Anmeldung zum Wettbewerb erklären sich die Künstlerinnen und Künstler mit den Bedingungen einverstanden.

6th European Artists’Competition 2015
All artists in the field of visual art are invited to take part in this competition having the theme “Artists discover Europe”. Relating to Leverkusen is
possible, but not subject to any condition. The prize of the Europa-Union Deutschland Kreisverband Leverkusen e.V. is being awarded every four years,

Awards
The Grand Prix - Artists’ Award 2015 of the Europa-Union Leverkusen consists of a donation of € 1000 by the EVL Energieversorgung Leverkusen. In
addition to that the special Price of the Lord Mayor of Leverkusen, the Award of the Sparkasse Leverkusen - € 500 - and the Award of the Volksbank
Rhein-Wupper eG Leverkusen - € 500 - will be presented.

Jury
The decision of the exhibition participation, the assignment of the Grand Prix - Artist’s price 2015 and the special prices are made by a jury appointed
by the Europa-Union Leverkusen.The jury-work as follows: At first the nomination to exhibit is carried out by a professional jury with the help of the
application papers. Secondly the jury decides the original works and the prizewinners will be chosen.
The members of the jury will be announced later. The chosen artists will be informed at the beginning of February, 2016.
Legal action against the decision of the jury is excluded.

Exhibition
Winners and the best placed artists of the competition will be honoured with an exhibition in the Forum Gallery, the cultural centre of Leverkusen. The
awards will be given during the opening of the exhibition in the Leverkusen Forum Gallery of KulturStadtLev at 11.30 am on Sunday, March 6, 2016. For
the exhibition the artists provide their work in an adequate scale. They are requested to deliver and collect their exhibits.
Duration of the exhibition: March 6, 2016 until March 20, 2016.
If you subscribe for the competition, you agree with the preconditions of the 6th European Artist’s Competetion 2015.

6. competencia artística europea 2015
Artistas de todas las áreas de las Artes Plásticas estan invitados a tomar parte con un trabajo dedicado al tema„Artistas descubren Europa“. Una referencia
adicional sobre Leverkusen es posible pero no es una condición u obligación. El premio de arte de la Union Europea Alemana del Distrito Leverkusen e.
V. está auspiciado en turnos de cuatro anos, en Marzo de 2016 por sexta vez. El concurso se realizará de acuerdo a los detalles abajo descritos. Para más

Premios
El Grand Prix – Premio de Arte 2015 de la Union Europea de Leverkusen constituye un premio de 1.000 Euros donado por la Cia. de Energía,
Energieversorgung Leverkusen. Además del premio principal habrá el premio especial del alcalde principal del municipio de Leverkusen, el premio
honorífico de 500 Euros donado por la Sparkasse Leverkusen y el premio honorífico de 500 Euros donado por la Volksbank Rhein-Wupper eG Leverkusen.
Plazo de entrega
El plazo de entrega de la inscripción al concurso del Premio de Artistas 2015 empezará el 15 de Septiembre de 2015 (favor de no mandar las solicitudes
antes del 15 de Septiembre) y terminará el 31 de Diciembre de 2015. Vale la fecha del sello postal.

Jurado
La decisión sobre la participación en la exposición, la adjudicación del premio mayor y los demás premios serán decididos por un jurado designado de la
Union Europea de Leverkusen. Se trabajará en dos pasos: Primero un jurado profesional seleccionará mediante las documentaciones de inscripción a los
participantes a exponer. Segundo se seleccionará frente las obras originales a los ganadores del concurso.
Los miembros del jurado seran públicados mas tarde. Los artistas a exponer se informarán en Febrero de 2016.

Exposición
Los premiados junto con los ocupantes de los primeros lugares del concurso serán designados con una exposición. Los ganadores premiados serán
públicados durante la inauguración de la exposición el Domingo, 06 de Marzo de 2016 a las 11.30 horas en la galeria del departamento cultural
de Leverkusen « KulturStadtLev – Galerie im Forum ». Para ello se deberán entregar los trabajos conformes y tipicamente adecuados para fines de
exposición. La entrega y la remisión de los objetos a exponer corren al cargo del interesado.
Duración de la exposición: del 06 hasta el 20 de Marzo de 2016
Atravéz de la inscripción al concurso los artistas declarán que están de acuerdo y conformes con los detalles arriba mencionados.

6 ème concours artistique européen 2 015
Par cette invitation toutes et tous les artistes de toute tendance artistique sont priés de bien vouloir participer de par leurs oeuvres à l’exposition d’art sur
le sujet „Des artistes découvrent l’Europe“. Une référence particulière faite à la ville de Leverkusen est possible, mais pas strictement imposée. Le prix du
concours de la „Europa-Union Allemagne, Association de Leverkusen“ est offert dans un rythme de quatre ans et va avoir lieu pour la sixième fois en mars
2016. Pour la modalité de la participation à ce concours les directives suivantes seront à respecter, étant aussi possible de se référer à tout instant aux

Prix
Le „Grand Prix Concours Artistique de l’Union Européenne de Leverkusen 2015“ consiste d’une prime de 1.000 € offert par l’entreprise „EVL
Energieversorgung Leverkusen“.
Outre ce prix principal il y aura un prix spécial par le Maire de la ville de Leverkusen, un prix d’honneur au montant de 500 € fourni par la caisse d’épargne
„Sparkasse Leverkusen“ et un prix d’honneur au montant de 500 € fourni par la “Volksbank Rhein-Wupper eG Leverkusen“.

Jury
Les décisions sur la participation à l’exposition, la distribution du Grand Prix, les prix spéciaux et les prix d’honneur seront prises par un jury nommé par
la Europa-Union Leverkusen. La mise en lauréat va se faire en deux étapes: Le premier pas, la nomination à la participation de l’exposition, est confié à un
jury spécialisé aux dossiers de candidature. Le deuxième pas se fait en recourant aux oeuvres originaux. Les lauréats seront nommés.
Les noms des membres du jury seront publiés à une date ultérieure. Les artistes choisis par le jury seront informés début février 2016.
Un recours légal contre les décisions du jury est exclu.

Exposition
Les détenteurs des prix seront honorés ensemble avec la gagnante ou le gagnant d‘une exposition particulière. L’annonciation des lauréats et l’attribution
des prix s’effectueront dans la „Galérie au Forum de la ville de Leverkusen“ au cours de l’ouverture de l’exposition, le dimanche, 6 mars 2016, à 11.30
heures. A cette fin les artistes mettent leurs objets à la disposition du public d’une manière typique.
La livraison et fourniture des objets se feront par les artistes eux-mêmes.
Durée de l‘ exposition: du 6 au 20 mars 2016.
De par leur participation au concours les artistes se déclarent d‘ accord avec les conditions du concours.

Votre dossier doit être muni de votre signature et adresse personnelle. Un dossier pas dûment inscrit risquerait de se perdre. Le délai de votre candidature
pour le prix artistique 2015 commencera le 15 septembre 2015 (prière de ne pas écrire plus tôt), la fin de clôture sera le 31 décembre 2015, date de la
poste.Votre dossier de candidature vous sera renvoyé après avoir été examiné par le jury. Un recours à la voie judiciaire contre les jugements du jury est
exclu. Par sa participation chaque artiste affirme être d’accord avec les conditions du 6 ème Concours Européen Artistique 2015.
