Disposal costs for de-icing of aircrafts 2015/2016
Dear Sir or Madam,
as the winter season 2015/2016 and the necessary de-icing actions provided by us have
just begun, we want to inform you that Cologne Bonn Airport is required to realize a
professional disposal of the effluent de-icing fluid (Clariant-water-mixtures) due to
reasons of water protection.
Until now the final disposal costs are not known, so there will be a final charging* in
2016 (2. quarter). At the moment we will charge you for any de-icing action according to
the valid price list:
MP II: 1 litre of de-icing fluid 3,85 € / 1 litre of hot water 0,14 €
MP I: 1 litre of de-icing fluid 4,98 € / 1 litre of hot water 0,14 €
(*apportionment in the last season 2014/2015 amounted 0,21 € / litre de-icing fluid)
Airlines that pay cash at the airport do not participate in the apportionment; they pay
in a lump-sum (4,50 € for MP II or 5,63 € for MP I / 0,14 €/L. for hot water).
