Baureihe 63 (Baugrößen 160 – 710) lieferbar.

resistant plastics have been used for decades successfully and reliably for carrying corrosive gases and vapours and are avail- able as
Series 45 (sizes 160 – 250) and 63 (sizes 160 – 710). Our roof
mounted centrifugal fans are very adaptable to in- dustry’s needs.
Optimized performance, quiet running, possibility of adjusting to
changes in the output of the air handling plant as well as sturdy
compact construction with handling rates from 200 to 30,000 m3/h
and total pressure differentials from 30 to 800 Pa are the main
characteristics of our products.
Unsere Dachradialventilatoren bieten ein hohes Maß an Flexi- bilität
hinsichtlich der von der Industrie gestellten Anforderun- gen.
Optimierte Leistung, Laufruhe, Anpassungsmöglichkeit an
Leistungsänderungen der lufttechnischen Anlage sowie robuste
Kompaktbauweise bei Förderleistungen von 200 – 30.000 m3/h und
Gesamtdruckdifferenzen von 30 – 800 Pa sind die Haupt- merkmale
unserer Produkte.
Technische Beschreibung
KC-VENTILKATOREN-Dachradialventilatoren der Baureihen SDR
45 und SDR 63 sind als senkrecht ausblasende, direktangetriebene
Fördermittel konstruiert. Das Fördermedium wird von dem rotierenden Laufrad axial angesaugt und durch Umlenkung nach dem
horizontalen Laufradaustritt wieder axial um den gekapselten
Antriebsmotor zum Ausblasstutzen gefördert.
SDR-Ventilatoren der Baugrößen 160 – 315 bestehen aus den
Baugruppen Gehäuse, Antriebseinheit, Laufrad und Futterrohr bzw.
Ansaugdüse. Die Gehäuse werden im Tiefziehverfahren gefertigt
und sind horizontal geteilt, Ober- und Unterteil nach dem Einsetzen
der Antriebseinheit miteinander verschraubt.
Das Gehäuse-Unterteil besitzt eine Befestigungsplatte mit Regenkragen für die Montage des Ventilators auf dem Dachaufsatz.
Die Antriebseinheit mit Motorabdeckung und Kühlluftführung ist für
die Aufnahme von 4 Motorbaugrößen (63 – 90)
in der Ausführung B5 ausgelegt. Für die Ventilatorbaugrößen
160 und 200 sowie 250 und 315 kommen jeweils gleiche Gehäuse
zum Einsatz.
SDR-Ventilatoren der Baugrößen 355 – 710 werden in Schweißkonstruktion gefertigt und bestehen aus den Baugruppen Gehäuse, Motoraufnahme, Laufrad, Ansaugdüse und Futterrohr.
Motoraufnahme sowie Gehäuse-Ober- und Unterteil sind miteinander verschweißt. Für die Baugrößen 355 und 400, 450 und
500 sowie 560 und 630 kommen ebenfalls gleiche Gehäuse zum
Einsatz. Die Motoraufnahme ist für die Montage von
6 Motorbaugrößen (71 – 132) in der Ausführung B5 ausgelegt. Die
Motoren aller Baugrößen sind gegen das Fördermedium
abgeschirmt, die Kühlluftzufuhr erfolgt über Lüftungsschläuche.
Werkstoffe
Gehä use, Motoraufnahme bzw. Motorabdeckung und Laufräder
werden aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen gefertigt. Die zulä
ssigen Betriebstemperaturen der Ventilatoren betragen bei
Ausführung in PVC 50 °C, PP, PPs 70 °C.

Description
KC-VENTILATOREN Roof Mounted Centrifugal Fans of Series SDR
45 and SDR 63 are designed as vertically discharging, direct
drive air handling units. The medium is drawn in axially by
the rotating impeller and carried, by deflection downstream of
the horizontal impeller outlet, again axially around the encapsulated motor to the outlet branch.
SDR Fans of sizes 160 – 315 consist of the subassemblies casing, drive unit, impeller and liner or air intake. The casings
are made by the deep drawing process and are horizontally
split, top and bottom section being screwed together after the
installation of the drive unit. The casing bottom section has a
fixing plate with rain splash collar for fitting the fan on the
roof mount. The drive unit with motor cover and cooling air
passage is designed for accommodating four motor sizes
(63 – 90) in the design B5. For the fan sizes 160 and 200 as
well as 250 and 315, the same casings are used respectively.
SDR fans of sizes 355 – 710 are of welded construction and
consist of the following subassemblies: casing, motor mount,
impeller, air intake and liner. Motor mount as well as casing-,
upper- and lower section are welded together. Identical casings are also used for the sizes 355 and 400, 450 and 500
as well as 560 and 630.
The motor mount is designed for the installation of six motor
sizes (71 – 132) in the design B5. The motors of all sizes are
screened off from the medium; cooling air is supplied through
ventilation hoses.
Materials
Casing, motor mount or motor cover and impellers are made
from thermoplastics. The permissible operating temperatures
of the fans are in the materials PVC 50°C, PP, PPs 70°C.
Laufräder
Baureihe 45:
12 nach vorn gekrümmte Schaufeln, Laufrad-Durchmesser =
1,4 x Durchmesser Ansaugdüse, gespritzte Ausführung bis
Baugröße 250.
Impellers
Series 45:
Twelve forward curved blades, impeller diameter = 1.4 x air
intake diameter, injection moulded construction up to size 250.
Baureihe 63:
8 nach hinten gekrümmte Schaufeln, Laufrad-Durchmesser =
1,25 x Durchmesser Ansaugdüse, gespritzte Ausführung bis
Baugröße 250, geschweißte Ausführung Baugrößen 315 – 710.
Alle Laufräder sind elektrodynamisch in 2 Ebenen ausgewuchtet, Wuchtgüte mind. Q6,3 nach IS0 1940.
Series 63:
Eight backward curved blades, impeller diameter = 1.25 x air
intake diameter, injection moulded construction up to size 250,
welded construction sizes 315 – 710.
All impellers are electro dynamically balanced in two planes,
balance quality at least Q 6.3 to ISO 1940.
Antrieb
Direktantrieb, standardmäßig durch Drehstrommotoren nach
IEC-Empfehlung, Schutzart IP 54, EExe oder EExd. Motoren mit
anderen Spannungen oder Frequenzen auf Anfrage.
Drive
Direct drive, as standard by three phase a.c. motors to IEC
Recommendation, type of enclosure IP 54, EExe or EExd. Motors with other voltages or frequencies if required.
Umrüstmöglichkeiten
Die technische Konzeption unserer SDR-Baureihen bietet außer
der Drehzahländerung durch Austausch der Antriebsmotoren
mehrere Variationsmöglichkeiten für die Anpassung des Ventilators an veränderte Leistungsdaten der lufttechnischen Anlage.
Die aufgeführten Umrüstmöglichkeiten können auch nach Auslieferung und Einbindung des Ventilators in die Anlage realisiert
werden (s. Betriebsanleitung Nr. 28.95.102 und 28.95.103).
Conversion possibilities
The concept of our SDR Series offers apart from the speed
change through replacement of the motors several variation
possibilities for converting the fan to different performance
data of the air handling plant. The conversion possibilities listed can also be achieved after delivery and incorporation of
the fan into the plant (see Operating Manual Nos. 28.95.102
and 28.95.103).
Laufradwechsel:
Umrüsten einer Ventilatorbaugröße auf eine andere Baureihe,
z.B. SDR 45 – 200 auf SDR 63 – 200 oder umgekehrt.
Wechsel Laufrad und Futterrohr /Ansaugdüse:
Umrüsten des Ventilators auf eine andere Baugröße, z.B.
Größe 160 auf 200, 355 auf 400 oder umgekehrt. Bei den
Baugrößen 160 – 250 kann dabei gleichzeitig ein Wechsel
der Baureihen erfolgen.
Impeller change:
Conversion of a fan size to another series, e.g. SDR 45 – 200
to SDR 63 – 200 or vice versa.
Change of impeller and liner / air intake:
Converting the fan to another size, e.g. size 160 to 200, 355
to 400 or vice versa. With the sizes 160 – 250 the series can
be changed at the same time.
