Announcement regarding Deadline Extension for Filing a Quarterly Report
for the First Quarter of 2016
The Company has received written approval (comprehensive approval) from the Director
General of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau, as of October 21, 2013, to extend the deadline for
filing each quarterly report to within seventy (70) days after the end of each quarter, and the
Company hereby announces that, with respect to the quarterly report for the first quarter of 2016,
it filed with the Director General of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau, on April 8, 2016, a report
stating that there has been no abolishment or change in the reason for the application regarding
such approval, during the quarter period regarding such quarterly report.
