「平成 28 年度情報セキュリティ自己点検」の実施について
名古屋大学で働き学ぶ教職員学生等ネットワーク利用の権限をお持ちの方全員に対し、「平成28年度
情報セキュリティ自己点検」を実施します。平成28年度情報セキュリティ自己点検開始時に、緊急・重
要な連絡や対応の要請のためのメールアドレスを登録してください。メールアドレス登録後、メールが
届いたことを確認してから自己点検を開始してください。メールが届いたことの確認が済むまでは、自
己点検が完了しませんのでご注意ください。なお、メールアドレスは災害時の安否確認にも使用します。

実施期間：平成 28 年 4 月 1 日（金）より 5 月 13 日（金）まで
（なお、5 月 14 日以降も引続き実施しています。
）
対象者：名古屋大学IDを発行されている方すべて
実施方法：平成28年度情報セキュリティ自己点検は、学外からも実施可能です。手順は以下のとおり
です。
(1) 名古屋大学ポータル（https://portal.nagoya-u.ac.jp/）にアクセスします。
(2) 名古屋大学IDとパスワードでログインします。
(3) キャンパスタブのキャンパストピックスに掲載されているリンクをクリックして、
「平
成28年度情報セキュリティ自己点検」にお進みください。
(4) 平成28年度情報セキュリティ自己点検は、日本語版と英語版（Information Security
Self-Inspection for Academic Year 2016）を用意しています。
留意事項： (1) 平成28年度情報セキュリティ自己点検を始める前に、緊急連絡用メールアドレスの入
力が要求されます。非常時に大学からの緊急・重要な連絡に使用しますので、学外でも
速やかに受信できるアドレス（大学のアドレスからの転送ではなく、携帯電話やスマホ
など）を登録してください。
(2) 対象者のうち、非常勤教員および研究生を含む非正規学生は、名古屋大学ID発行後１
カ月以内に実施されない場合、名古屋大学IDとパスワードによる情報サービスの認証
ができなくなります。
(3) 平成28年度入学者（学部学生、大学院学生、研究生等）についても、入学時の情報セ
キュリティ研修とは別に、平成28年度情報セキュリティ自己点検を実施していただき
ます。
※名古屋大学IDを返却する場合は、情報連携統括本部ホームページの「名古屋大学IDの返却手続きにつ
いて」から、「名古屋大学ID返却届」を提出してください。

Request of Taking the AY2016 Information Security Self-Inspection
For all the people using a network of Nagoya University, the AY2016 Information Security
Self-Inspection is carried out. When you begin the AY2016 Information Security Self-Inspection,
please register your email address. After having registered your email address, please confirm
an email arrival. Please be careful until you finish the confirmation of an email arrival,
you cannot continue Information Security Self-Inspection. Note that the email address is used
for emergency contact from University in case of natural disasters.

Implementation period:
From April 1, 2016 to May 13, 2016 (It continues after May 14.)
Target persons:
All people that Nagoya University ID is published for.
How to take the Self-Inspection:
The AY2016 Information Security Self-Inspection is accessible from network outside the
University in the following manner:
(1) Access the Nagoya University Portal (https://portal.nagoya-u.ac.jp/)
(2) Sign in using your Nagoya University ID and password.
(3) Click the link listed in Campus Topics under the Campus tab, and proceed to the
"Information Security Self-Inspection for Academic Year 2016".
(4) You may take the AY2016 Information Security Self-Inspection in either English or
Japanese. The Japanese version is titled "平成 28 年度情報セキュリティ自己点検".
Points to bear in mind:
(1) Before taking the Information Security Self-Inspection for Academic Year 2016, you
will be asked to input an email address that you can check regularly. It is strongly
recommended to use your personal mobile phone address for receiving emergency contact
from University.
(2) The part-time lecturers and research students have to take the AY2016 Information
Security Self-Inspection within one month after Nagoya University ID publication.
Otherwise, their account will be locked soon.
(3) Students (undergraduate, graduate and research students etc.) who enrolled in AY2016
must take the Information Security Self-Inspection for Academic Year 2016 also. It is
different from the Information Security Training you have completed at the time of your
enrollment.
* You want to return the Nagoya University ID, please download the form "Notification of
Return of Nagoya University ID" at the website
" http://www.icts.nagoya-u.ac.jp/info-english/nuid-english.html ", and fill out requirements
and submit it.
