NOTE
日頃は弊社のディーゼル機関をご愛顧頂きあり
がとうございます。ディーゼル機関をより安全、
確実にご使用頂くために、機関運用時の注意事項
を取扱説明書からの抜粋を中心に纏めましたので
ご活用下さいますようお願い申し上げます。
We are deeply grateful to customers for supporting our
diesel engines. For safer and surer operation of the engine,
precautions for operation engine are collected from the
manual in this technical information.
Please utilize this information in your daily operation.
１．始動前点検事項　（操作編　第４章）
1. Inspection before Operation (Operation Chapter 4)
１）各タンクの油量の確認
次の各油溜めの油量を点検し、新油を油面計
(レベルゲージ)の上限まで補給して下さい。
・機関潤滑油槽、発電機油量(自己給油式)
ガバナ油量、過給機(自己給油式)、減速機
２）各圧力の確認
・潤滑油プライミング油圧
・燃料油圧
・機関冷却水圧力
・起動空気圧力
３）ガバナ、コモンロッド、燃料噴射ポンプラッ
クまわりの各レバー、リンクピン、ボルトの
点検と動作確認及び手差し注油。
1) Confirmation for oil quantity of each oil tank
Check the oil level of each oil tank, and feed new oil
to the upper limit level of the oil gauge.
・Engine lubricating oil tank, Generator (Self-lubricated),
Governor, Turbocharger (Self-lubricated), Reduction gear
2) Confirmation for each pressure
・Lubricating oil priming oil pressure
・Fuel oil pressure
・Engine cooling water pressure
・Starting air pressure
3) Inspection for levers, link pins and bolts around governor,
common rod and fuel injection pump rack, and manually
lubricate each parts afterwards.

４）機関及び配管系統からの漏れ点検。
５）機関の各取付部のボルト・ナットの緩み点検。

２．エアラン時の注意事項（操作編　第４章）
2. Precautions for Air Running (Operation Chapter 4)
１）ターニング装置やターニングバーが"脱"にな
っている事の確認。
２）共同作業者には合図をし、安全を確認してか
ら起動ボタンを押す。
３）機関からの異音及び機関各部での異常振動が
ないかの確認。
1) Confirm that the turning device or turning bar is set
"OFF".
2) Send a signal to coworkers and confirm safety before
pressing the starting button.
3) Confirm no abnormal sound from the engine and no
abnormal vibration at each part of the engine.

４）エアラン中の指圧器安全弁から水や油などの
吹き出しがないかの確認。
4) During air running, confirm no spout out of water or oil
from the indicator safety valve.
エアランの際、指圧器安全弁より水や油が噴
出した場合には、始動を中止して原因を調査
し、対策・処置を行って下さい。
When conducting air running, if water or oil
has gushed out from the indicator valve,
immediately stop the engine, inspect the
causes and take countermeasures.

３．機関運転時の注意事項（操作編　第４章）
3. Precautions for Operation (Operation Chapter 4)
１）始動後は次の点検を行い、機関が正常な運転
状態にあることを確認下さい。もし異常が発
見された場合には、機関を停止して原因を調
査し、対策をして下さい。
・潤滑油圧力、排気温度など機関データに異
常はないか。
・異常音、異常発熱はないか。
・配管系統に漏れはないか、特に可燃油管系
統からの漏れは火災の原因になります。
1) After the engine has started, inspecting following items,
confirm that the engine is running on normal condition.
In case that any defect is found, immediately stop the
engine, inspect the causes and take countermeasures.
・Any abnormal data of the engine in lubricating oil
pressure, exhaust gas temperature and so forth.
・Any abnormal sound or excessive temperature.
・Any leakage from piping. Particularly, leakage from
combustible oil piping will result in fire.
異常・故障の原因が判明し、対策・復旧するま
では、機関を絶対に再始動しないで下さい。
Be minded never attempt to resume operation of the
engine until the causes of the problem or defect are found
and eliminated.
2) During the operation of engine, particularly following parts
are extremely hot, therefore, there is a danger of burn
if touched with bare hands or skin.
Be minded to wear safety gloves or
protective gears whenever conduct
maintenance or inspection works.
After completion of the work, restore
the laggings, heat covers, combustible
oil splash preventive means (FN tape)
and protective covers.
・Exhaust pipe
・Turbocharger
・Air cooler inlet pipe
・Cylinder head
・Indicator safety valve
・Fuel injection pump and highpressure coupling
・Fuel oil filter and fuel oil pipe
２）運転中の機関、特に次の箇所は高
温になっており、素手や素肌で触
れると火傷の恐れがあります。保
守・点検作業には必ず安全手袋な
どの保護具を着用して下さい。ま
た、保守・点検のために外したラ
ギングや防熱カバー、可燃性油飛
散防止処理（ＦＮテープ）及び保
護カバーは、作業終了後必ず元通
り復旧して運転して下さい。
・排気管
・過給機
・空気冷却器入口管
・シリンダヘッド
・指圧器安全弁
・燃料噴射ポンプ及び高圧継ぎ手
・燃料油こし器及び燃料油管
４．機関停止時の注意事項（操作編　第４章）
4. Precautions for Stoppage (Operation Chapter 4)
１）緊急停止が作動した場合は、原因が判明し、

５．整備に関する注意事項（整備編　第０章）
5. Precautions for maintenance (Maintenance Chapter 0)
１）安全上の注意

各配管系統を分解する場合には、外部接続部

なお、燃料油、潤滑油のような可
燃物を取り扱う場合には、火気厳
禁をお守り下さい。
２）分解・整備・組立時の注意事項
・分解した部品は、損傷や紛失の防止のため整
理、整頓して下さい。尚、分解した部品は、
必ず元通りに復旧して下さい。特に締結部の
ボルト、関連部品につきましては、可燃油の
漏れ防止のため、確実に実施下さい。
・分解・整備に際して取り外した排気管や過給
機のラギング、及び排気管カバーやヒートボ
ックスなどの高温部を遮蔽している部品は、
安全上、火災防止上、作業終了後必ず元通り
に復旧して下さい。また、取り外した継ぎ手
部の可燃性油飛散防止処理（ＦＮテープ）も
作業終了後改めて飛散防止処理を実施下さい。

Contact of splashing heated oil
with any high temperature part
may cause fire. Take utmost care
not to splash the oil.
When handling inflammable fuel oil and
lubricating oil, naked flames are strictly
prohibited.
2) Precautions for disassembly, maintenance and assembly
・Place disassembled parts in neat order for prevention of
the damage or loss. Also, make sure to reassemble all
parts to right places where they were disassembled.
Particularly, for bolts and relative parts for each joint,
make sure to tighten firmly to prevent any leakage.
・After completion of the work, for safety and prevention of
fire, restore laggings of the exhaust pipe and turbocharger,
and exhaust pipe cover and the parts shielding heated
parts, such as heat box cover, if they have been removed
for disassembly and maintenance. Newly treat the
disconnected joints with combustible oil splash preventive
means (FN tape), after completion of the work.

分解・整備後は各カバーを元通りに取り付けて下さい。
After disassembly and maintenance, make sure to restore each cover.
３）分解・整備・組立後の確認
・機関のターニング及び各流体のプライミング
を行い、運動部分の干渉や各部の漏れ、詰ま
りなどが無いことを確認して下さい。
3) Check item after disassembly, maintenance and assembly
・Turn the engine and prime each fluid to check that there
is no problem such as interference of the working area,
and leakage or clogging of each section.
