We invite you to participate in our 4th TeamOncology
Leadership Academy.
Our goal is to foster individual leadership for the development
of multidisciplinary team care in Japan and Worldwide.
Qualifications / Requirements for Participants
Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, Clinical statisticians and Other Healthcare
Professionals
1. Basic understanding of cancer treatment
2. Keen interest in leadership and career development
3. Commitment to a multidisciplinary approach to cancer treatment in Japan
4. Willingness to study at MD Anderson if selected
5. Becoming a member of TeamOncology.com
6. Commitment to J-TOP future activities
7. Basic ability to communicate in English is preferred
Participation Fee:
35,000 yen for Physicians
25,000 yen for Nurses, Pharmacists, Clinical statisticians and Other Healthcare Professionals
Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.
Maximum Number of Participants:
20 Physicians, 20 Nurses, 20 Pharmacists, 4 Clinical Statisticians and 4 Other Healthcare
Professionals
■ 注：同じ施設のチーム（医師、看護師、薬剤師）の参加を歓迎・優先します。1名ずつの参加も受け付けいたします。
また、それ以外の職種（医薬統計家、MSW、PT、OT、臨床心理士、ほか）の方の参加も大いに歓迎いたしますので、
