Visa applications can be accepted on days indicated in the blue background, at
9:30-12:00. Passport will be returned, if application is approved for visa issuance, on
Tuesday of the following week at 14:00-17:00 as indicated on days with an asterisk(*),
regardless of the application submission day. Embassy is closed for holiday on the days
indicated in red. Application or collection of the passport besides this schedule will be
acceptable only when having made an appointment in advance. Please contact
Consular section of the Embassy between 9:30 to 16:30 of weekdays.
The monthly schedule will be announced by the end of third week of the month,
though it is subject to change without notice.
ビザの申請は青色背景で示されている日の 9 時 30 分～12 時 00 分が受付日で、
ビザ発給が認められると確認された場合、受け取りは申請曜日に関わらず受付
翌週の火曜日（＊）の 14 時～17 時です。赤で示された日は大使館休館日です。
上記時間以外の申請または受け取りは、事前に予約をしている場合のみ受け付
けられます。必要な場合は大使館領事部までお問い合わせください（受付 9 時
30 分～16 時 30 分）。
翌月のビザ業務予定は毎月第 3 週末までに発表される予定ですが、予告がく変
更になる場合がありますのでご了承ください。
