2-needle, Overlock Machine with Semi-automatic Backlatch Device

●The overlock machine is equipped with a backlatching device that tucks chain-off
thread produced at the beginning of sewing into the seam, preventing the thread
from fraying, as well as securing the end of chain-off thread.
●Since the machine comes with a throat plate intermediate claw-advancing/returning
mechanism, chain-off thread is securely tucked in the seam. This eliminates the
need for bartacks at the beginning of sewing, thereby reducing the process time.
In addition, the chain-off thread backlatching device offers upgraded operability to
help increase productivity.
●With its backlatching resetting function equipped as standard, the machine can be
used for processes that do not require a backlatching function.
