コンロッドの組み立て (4AGの場合)
マークがリア側になるように組み立ててください。
【リヤ側】
合わせ面のゴミ、オイルを完全
に取り除いてください。
コンロッド
コンロッドベアリング
切り欠き
コンロッドキャップ
ネジ部と座面に付属の
モリブデングリスを均一に
塗布してください。
クリアランスの確認
使用するブロックによってはコンロッドが干渉する場合があります。
その際は下記を参考に逃げ加工を実施してください。
干渉部位
横軸方向の位置関係
4AG AE92 シリンダーブロック
ボア下端に干渉する
クランクキャップボルトピッチ
オイルジェット取付部
点線部分がコンロッドの肩に干渉する部分
深さ方向の位置関係
φ19mmエンドミルを
使用して削る。
ボアピッチ
コンロッド肩部が干渉した場合、深さ方向はクランク
中心より66mmの位置まで削る。
THE CONNECTING ROD ASSEMBLY (For 4AGE Engines)
Assemble with the
logo, facing the rear of the engine.
【REAR SIDE】
Remove all signs of dirt, grime
and oil from the mating surface.

CONROD BEARINGS
Notch
CONROD CAP
Apply molybdenum grease to
the screws threads & neck
for even torque results.
VERIFYING CLEARANCE
The Connecting Rod may have interference, depending on the block used.
If the problem exists, please make the following adjustments.

Contacts at the base of the bore.
CRANK CAP BOLT PITCH
Oil Jets
The sections highlighted with the dotted line,
is where the conrod may come into contact with.
POSTION RELATED TO DEPTH
Use a φ19mm end mill
tool to cut here.
Bore Pitch
When the Conrods shoulder part comes into contact
with the block, you'll need to grind off the sections
as shown in the illustration. Approximately 66mm
from the base of the cylinder block.
