ＴＯＥＦＬ試験スコア提出の注意点（バイオエンジニアリング専攻） Important Notice for the Submission of the TOEFL Scores (Department of
Bioengineering)
工学系 B 日程入試受験のためには、TOEFL 試験のスコア提出が条件となっているが、
毎年、理解不足の受験生が見受けられるので、以下の４点について注意喚起します。
All the applicants who will take an entrance examination scheduled B are imposed to
submit the TOEFL scores, which some applicants may find confusing. Please read
through the following reminders and take careful note of them.
１．TOEFL 試験終了後、約 10 日後にスコアをご自身でオンライン上で確認することがで
きます。その後、①Examinee Score Report と②Official Score Report をご自身で申込む
必要があります。
You will be able to view your TOEFL scores online approximately 10days after your
test date (you will receive an email letting you know when your scores are available).
TOEFL scores will only be accepted when both ① Exam inee Score Report and ②
Official Score Report
arrive at the Graduate School by each deadline.
２．工学系 B 日程入試受験に必要なのは、①Examinee Score Report と②Official Score
Report で、まず、両者の違いは以下の通りであるので注意されたい。
① Examinee Score Report とは
あなたご自身が ETS に申請し、ご自身で大学院宛てに郵送、もしくは専攻事務室
までご持参いただくものです。
② Official Score Report とは
あなたご自身が ETS に申請し、ETS から大学院宛てに直接郵送されるものです。
（遅くとも提出〆切日の 6 週間前までに ETS に申請を行うことを推奨します）
As explained above, you are imposed to submit both ① Exam inee Score Report and
② Official Score Report by the way required as folows :
① Exam inee Score Report
This is what you must apply for receiving and then send by postal mail or bring
directly to the Department office by yourself respectively.
② Official Score Report
This is what you must make a request to ETS to forward to Graduate School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo. (We suggest that you make the request to the
ETS at least 6weeks before the application deadline.)
３．これから TOEFL 試験を受ける者は、上記２のように発行までに時間がかかることか
ら、2015 年 12 月 2 週までには、TOEFL 試験を受けておくこと。
We suggest that you should take the TOEFL test by the 2nd week of December 2015 at
the latest, since it may take a considerable number of days for the Official Score Report
to arrive at the Graduate School of Engineering from the ETS after you finish the test
and request the ETS to forward the Official Score Report.
４．すでに TOEFL 試験を受けた者は、いつ TOEFL 試験を受けていたのかを調べること。
工学系 B 日程入試受験に必要なのは、2014 年 2 月以降に TOEFL 試験を受けたものに限ら
れている。2014 年 1 月以前に TOEFL 試験を受けた者のスコアは無効なので、上記 3 と同
じく、2015 年 12 月 2 週までには、TOEFL 試験を受け、Examinee Score Report と Official
Score Report 発行の申込みをあなた自身で行うこと。
Only scores issued after February 2014 or later are valid for your application for the
Examination Scheduled B. Please make sure of the time when you have taken the
TOEFL test the last time.
以上 4 点の注意点は、ﾊﾞｲｵｴﾝｼﾞﾆｱﾘﾝｸﾞ専攻で作成したが、基準となるものは、工学系研究
科で発行される「平成 28（2016）年度東京大学大学院工学系研究科大学院入学試験外国語
（英語）試験に関するお知らせ」なので、事前に確認しておくこと。
