2016 年度グルノーブル大学ピエール・マンデス・フランス校
（国際法及び安全保障分野）への交換留学募集要項
１．趣旨
国際協力研究科ではグルノーブル大学ピエール・マンデス・フランス校（University Pierre Mendès
France of Grenoble）法学研究科と、留学先での学位取得を目的としない学生の 1 学期間の学生交換を行っ
ており、2016 年春学期の交換留学を希望する学生を募集します。
交換留学は大学から推薦を受けた学生のみが留学生として協定校へ派遣される制度であり、履歴書の
経歴としても様々な面でのアピールポイントとなります。なお、グルノーブル大学で履修した授業科目は、所
定の手続きを経て本研究科で 8 単位まで単位認定を受けることが可能です。
2015 年 1 月に１名をグルノーブル大学に派遣し、2014 年、2015 年 4 月から 2 名ずつグルノーブル大学
からの交換留学生を受け入れている実績があります。
２．留学期間：2016 年春学期（1 月から 5 月）の 1 学期間
３．応募資格・要件
国際協力研究科に在籍する博士課程前期課程（修士課程）の学生
* 語学スコア基準などの定めはありませんが，外国の大学で授業を受けるのに必要な語学力が必要と
なります．
* 協定先のグルノーブル大学法学研究科・国際法・ＥＵ法専攻では国際法・安全保障分野に関連する英
語科目が複数開講されています。日常生活はフランス語となります．
４．募集人員：特に定めなし
５．費用：先方での学費は免除（神戸大では学費納入の必要あり）．その他の渡航費，生活費，保険費用など
は個人負担．
６．提出書類
（A）学内選考のための提出書類
・留学申請書（研究科指定）*
・誓約書（研究科指定）*
・大学院法学分野の授業を英語で履修できる語学力を示す文書（GSICS法学系英語授業科目の成績な
いし履修状況、TOEFLスコア、など）
・ GSICSでの成績証明書もしくは履修状況証明書

７．申請手順
① 留学希望を、国際協力研究科国際法プログラムと，国際化加速プログラム推進室（516 号室，菅原）へ
7 月 31 日までに連絡。

② ６．「提出書類」の（A）学内提出書類を推進室に提出。これらに基づき学内選考を行います。必要に応
じて英語での面接を行うことがあります。
③ 学内選考の結果、交換留学を許可された学生は、その後の指示に従って必要書類の準備や手続きを
進めてください。

Exchange Study in University Pierre Mendès France of Grenoble
(International Law and Security) Spring Term 2016
1. GSICS is now open for application for Exchange Study in UPMF Grenoble for Spring Term.
Non-degree Exchange Students will not be granted any degree by UPMF Grenoble, but students
are allowed to earn credits, which are transferable to GSICS up to maximum of 8 credits.
2. Period: Spring Term (January-May 2016)
3. Eligibility and Requirements
・ Master’s Student at GSICS
・ Good command of English, basic knowledge of French preferable for every-day life
 Some classes in the field of international law and security are taught in English.
4. Quota: none.
5. Fees: Tuitions are waived (as long as you pay to Kobe University). Other expenses (travel, living,
insurance etc.) have to be borne by student.
6. Required documents
A. Application in GSICS
・ Application Form*
・ Letter of Commitment*
・ Documents to demonstrate English ability to understand graduate-level courses in the field
of law (registration and grades of GSICS law-related English courses; TOEFL scores, etc)
・ Academic Record and/or Registration Record of GSICS

7. Application Procedure
(1) Contact International Law Program, AND Room 516 (Sugawara) by July 31.

(2) Submit Application documents (6-A above) to Room 516. Selection and decision will be
made on the submitted documents. An interview in English may also be conducted.
