Our Club GUG-Rhythmic Gymnastics is organizing the 9th International GUG-CUP.
It will be a big pleasure for us, if you will accept our invitation, on Sunday, 3.4.2016

ENTRY FEE:
30 € per gymnast
Each person more 40€ (out of competition)
All the costs have to be paid upon arrival in cash.
DELEGATIONS: Each delegation consists of max. 6 persons (4 gymnasts: in different categories; 1 coach, 1 judge)
REGISTRATION FORM: preliminary entry: -25.2.2016
Definitive entry and travel Details: -19.3.2016
The forms for technical value have to arrive till 19.3.2016 to Sabine Arenkens: [email protected].
The organising club can enter more participants. Additional exercises of GUG gymnastics will be able to start out of
classification.
INSURANCE:
All the participants should be insured. The hosting club will not take any responsibility to gymnasts’ accidents. All
participating Federations/clubs are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid
insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation.
