ダイナスティ・ホールディングは、２０１５年２月１２日に東京建物不動産販売株式会社様等を共
同スポンサーとする特定目的会社より、大阪市中央区道頓堀に立地する商業施設「中座くいだ
おれビル」（以下、「当ビル」といいます。）を傘下の殷特定目的会社を通じて取得致しました。
ダイナスティ・ホールディングは、台湾を始めとする海外投資家からの投資資金を主体として本
邦不動産に投資することを目的とし業務を行っております。当ビルの取得は、当社にとって日本
で２番目、関西圏では初の不動産投資案件となりました。
当ビルは、大阪の地元の方々だけではなくアジアからのインバウンド観光客で非常に賑う道頓
堀商店街の中心に立地しており、当社のアジア圏のネットワークを活用する事により当商業施設
運営に相乗効果をもたらせるものと確信しております。
