Invitation to NHK Concert for International students
演奏会日時：平成 27 年 11 月 14 日（土）午後 6 時～（開場
午後 5 時）
平成 27 年 11 月 20 日（金）午後 7 時～（開場
午後 6 時）
※開演時に余裕をもって来場するようにしてください。直前の場合、会場に入れず着席で
きないことがあります。
Date & time: Saturday, November 14, from 6:00PM
Friday, November 20, from 7:00PM
*Door will open one hour prior to the concert. Please sign in well in advance, or you
may not be able to attend the concert.
場所：NHK ホール（渋谷区）
Place: NHK Hall (Shibuya)
料金：無料
Fee: Free
対象：一橋大学在学の外国人留学生
Eligibility: International students at Hitotsubashi University

参加希望の学生は、お名前、所属、学籍番号、希望する日程を明記の上、学務部国際課
（[email protected]）に、10 月 20 日（火）までにご連絡ください。応募者多数の
場合は抽選となります。
To sign up, please email to the International Affairs Office ([email protected])
with your name, affiliation, student ID and preferred date by Tuesday, October 20.
Participants will be decided by lot.
ＮＨＫ定期演奏会の注意点
■来場にあたって
・当日はＮＨＫホール正面入口へ直接お越しいただき、受付をしてください。
・当日は学生証をご携帯ください（入場チケットの代わりになります）
。
・無断で欠席することはぜったいにやめてください。
・開演時間には、必ず十分な時間的余裕をもって行ってください。ギリギリに行くと入場
できない可能性があります。
・演奏会の会場への行き方については、下記をご確認ください。各最寄駅から NHK ホールま
では徒歩で 10～15 分ほどかかります。

Invitation guidance for the NHK Concert
■Arriving
at the venue
・Please come directly to the front entrance of NHK Hall, you will sign in there.
・Your student ID is the ticket to the concert.
So do not forget to bring it with you and show it at
the entrance.
・Do not be absent without notification.
If you have to be absent, please inform us by email ([email protected]) or
phone (03-5841-2372) immediately.
・Please go to the NHK hall early enough to be seated before the performance begins.
Otherwise you might not enter the concert hall. (Check the following Map for the location.
It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to NHK Hall from each of the closest stations.)
