第 32 回「センサ･マイクロマシンと応用システム」シンポジウム 発表手順 口頭発表形式とポスター形式の 2 種の発表形式があります。ご自分の発表形式をご確認の上， ご準備ください。 ★口頭発表形式 ・講演時間：12 分 別途 3 分の質疑応答の時間を設けます。（合計 15 分） ・合図：発表終了 3 分前に鈴 1 回，発表終了時に鈴 2 回，質疑応答終了時に鈴 1 回。 ・使用言語：日本語あるいは英語。 ・使用できる機器：PC プロジェクタ コンピュータは，各自ご持参下さい。会場には，プロジェクタおよび接続ケーブルを用意いた します。発表セッション開始前の休憩時間中に会場にて接続確認と試写を行ってください。/ ★ポスター形式 ・掲示開始：下記ポスターセッション掲示時間帯に、 各自論文番号で示された所定の場所にポスターを 掲示して下さい。 ポスター板幅 1.2m 0.2m 番号等 幅 1.1m 天地 1.6m ・ポスターサイズ：横 1.1m×縦 1.6m 以内 ・画鋲は会場に用意します。 ・使用言語：日本語あるいは英語。 ・セッション時間：120 分 ・指定のセッション時間帯の間，各自論文の前で参 加者に説明を行ってください。 ・ポスター撤去：下記ポスター撤去時間帯に、各自 ポスターを撤去してください。 ポスター掲示時間： 10 月 28 日（水）13:20 開始 10 月 30 日（金）13:20 終了 ポスター設営時間： 10 月 28 日（水）正午～13:20 ポスター撤去時間： 10 月 30 日（金）13:20～15:00 ご不明の点は事務局までお問い合せください。 第 32 回「センサ・マイクロマシンと応用システム」シンポジウム事務局 E-mail: [email protected] Tel: 03-5733-4971 高さ 2.1m 0.3m How to prepare your presentation There are two types of presentation including oral presentation and poster presentation. Please confirm with your type at the log-in website with ID and password. ★ Oral presentation ・Presentation time: 12 minutes talk and 3 minutes discussion (15 minutes). ・Bells at 9, 12, 15 minutes. ・Language: Japanese or English. ・AV equipment: Use your PC for presentation. Please make a connection test before your presentation. ★ Poster presentation ・Exhibit your poster by yourself on the panel with your presentation number during the period shown below ・Poster size: within 1.1m wide x 1.6m height. ・Pushpins are prepared. ・Language: Japanese or English. ・Poster session time: 120 minutes. Make presentation during the specified poster session in front of your poster. ・ Remove your poster by yourself during the period shown below. Board width 1.2m 0.2m ID # Width 1.1m Height 1.6m 2.1m 0.3m Poster room opens at 13:20, October 28 and close at 13:20, October 30. Poster can be posted between noon and 13:20, October 28.
