以下内容について、Keio Academy of New York Admissions Portal 上でフォームをご提出いた
だきます。
The following information must be provided through their respective forms on the Keio
Academy of New York Admissions Portal.
1) 英語力を証明する資格･公的テストのスコア（英検、TOEFL、TOEIC)、その他の資格・技
能検定（数検、漢検など）－フォーム上へ証明する書類（スキャンデータ）をアップロード
Certificates of official English language exams (EIKEN, TOEFL, TOEIC) to demonstrate
the level of English language ability and other certificates/qualifications – Scanned data
of certificates must be uploaded to the Portal.
2) 課外活動・趣味（簡潔な報告）
Brief report about extracurricular activities and hobbies
