Saugbagger mit Auflockerungs- und Förderkette
Eine um den Saugmund laufende Förderkette mit auswechselbaren
Reißzähnen reißt den Boden auf. Auf der Kette montierte Mitnehmer
transportieren größere Steine und Lehmklumpen nach oben und
werfen diese auf ein Überkornabzugsband. Von dort gelangen sie in
eine Klappschute zum Abtransport.
Das Rohmaterial 0–160 mm wird durch die Öffnung von jeweils drei
Kettengliedern angesaugt und durch die Pumpe in ein E 300 FS
gefördert.
Das für die Pumpe zulässige Korn wird durch die Größe der Kettenglieder bestimmt und macht den Steinfangkessel überflüssig. Die
Pumpe wird mit einem 250 kW Drehstromnormmotor angetrieben
und durch einen Frequenzumformer stufenlos geregelt.
Die Steuerung des Saugbaggers erfolgt vollautomatisch.
Suction Dredger with loosening and conveyor chain
An around the sucker running conveyor chain with exchangeable
ripping fangs loosens the ground. Scrieve hooks, mounted on the
chain, lift big stones and clay and throw them on an oversize conveyor belt. From here they fall into a flap barge and are taken away.
The raw material of 0–160 mm is sucked through an opening by
3 chain links and delivered into a Dewatering Wheel E 300 FS by a
pump.
The grain tolerable for the pump, is defined by the size of the chain
links and makes the stone trap dispensible. The pump is run by a
250 kW three phase motor and controlled by a frequency control
infinitely variable.
The control of the Suction Dredger runs totally automatic.

Die Kette transportiert große Steine vom Saugmund zur Abwurfstelle in den Baggersee oder über einen Trogförderer in eine
Schute.
The chain takes the big stones from the sucker to the dropping
point for the sea or throw them on an oversize conveyer belt.
From here they fall into a flap barge and are taken away.

Die Förderpumpe ist mit ihrem 400-kW-Antriebsmotor
sowie Sperrwasser- und Lenzpumpe in einem Container
montiert. Der Container wird je nach Baggertiefe des
Saugmundes automatisch bis auf max. 8 m abgesenkt.
