Okinawa prefecture made the fifth tourism promotion basic plan. One of its targets was ten millions tourists "including two millions foreigners" in Okinawa at 2021. Therefore Okinawa prefecture is making the progress schedule of acceping ten millions tourists and made the tourism crisis management basic plan. Okinawa General Bureau Development Construction Department annouced C i D d ""the h construction and management of infrastructure at the period of ten millions tourists in Okinawa" and held the panel exhibition of tourism and infrastructure to inform people of it widely and easily.
