特別指示事項　（Special Instructions )
Please refer to the following terms and conditions regarding: International House-removal service provided by YAMATO TRANSPORT (S) PTE. LTD. (hereinafter "Yamato")
1. Yamato's liablity range is limited to the one stop transportation from the address as specified by Shipper to the address as specified by Consignee.
2. Yamato's above stated services terms and conditions includes not only matters provided herein, but also articles of Yamato's standard freight transport, port transport, warehouse handling and articles prescribed by affiliated shipping
company, airline company and railway. Matters not provided for in the aforesaid articles shall be subject to the laws or custom of both Origin and Destination.
3. In case any damages to and/or loss of Cargo attributable to Yamato, Yamato’s liability for any damage to and/or loss of the Cargo shall be limited to the value of the Cargo as indicated by Shipper
on the Packing List & Invoice upon acceptance of the Cargo by Yamato.
4. Valuables such as cash, securities, precious metals, jewelry etc, will not be accepted as Cargo for above service. Yamato’s liability for any damage to and/or loss of the Cargo, even works of art, document, antiques, shall be limited to
the value of the Cargo as indicated by the Shipper on the Packing List & Invoice. Any individual emotion or subjective value shall not be included in the compensation amount.
5. In the event that Shipper fails to fulfil payment obligations for the transportation expenses, advances, advances by Yamato or any other party on behalf of the Shipper , Yamato may not comply to deliver the Cargo or procure the
shipping documents. Yamato is not liable for any damage or loss caused by the aforementioned event.
6. Yamato shall keep all Confidential Information as confidential which is made known to Yamato by the Shipper (=Consignee), or which Yamato becomes aware of as a result of or in connection with this transport. Yamato shall not
disclose any Confidential Information to any other party even after this transportation is completed.
I hereby agree to the terms and conditions stated above, and delegate YAMATO TRANSPORT (S) PTE. LTD all authories regarding customs procedures.
