入学された留学ビザを持つ新入生の皆さまへ
【重要】奨学金出願登録・授業料減免奨学金申請に関するお知らせ
２０１５年度外国人留学生入学試験以外で入学した人のうち、留学ビザを持つ人については、奨学金、授業料減免
奨学金の対象者となる場合があります。奨学金出願登録、授業料減免奨学金申請を希望する人は提出期間中に本人が、
必ず申請をしてください（ただし、国費受給者・交換留学生・特別学生・留学生別科生は対象外）
。締切日までに提
出しなかった場合は、出願・申請の意思が無いものとみなしますので注意してください。
出願登録・申請書類は国際センター留学生課にあります。遅くとも４月２日（木）までに取りに来てください。

【Important】Note for registration for scholarship and application for reduced tuition
Students who hold Student visa among those who enrolled through other than the entrance examination for International Students
in the academic year 2015 might be eligible for scholarship or reduced tuition. If you would like to submit registration form for
scholarship or apply for reduced tuition, please submit required forms during the application period in person. In case that
you do not submit the forms by deadline, you are considered as having no intention of applying (Except for government
sponsored foreign students, exchange students by agreement, special students and Bekka students).
Registration form and application form are available at the Office of International Students. Please come to get the forms
by April 2 (Thu) at the latest. For further information, please contact the Office of International Students.
