How to register for the service
TOYOKAWA ANSHIN MAIL is the E-mail service that Toyokawa City provides information of disaster prevention, fire
information, weather information, foreign language distribution, and child-rearing information to your cell-phone and
PC. The registration fee is free, but the packet communication fee and the access charge are required when you
register or receive the mail. The alarm, such as heavy rain, storm, tsunami and so on, is automatically distributed
when it is announced from Japan Meteorological Agency. This mail service is available for both your cell-phone and
PC.
