大形レーザ加工機の技術動向とその応用
Summary of presentation
To cut without dividing a large part is very important in order to improvement of the precision,
improvement of the productivity and reduction of the processing cost. Therefore the demand
of the large-scale laser processing machine tends to increase. The requiring a large-scale
laser processing machine is greatly expanding to the user which is a construction machine,
steel materials, a building, a vehicle, an agricultural machine.
However, laser processing machine that is used for the cutting of large size parts had the
problem of its cutting capability, because it needs to mount an oscillator on the gantry
(drive).The large-scale laser machine that was developed by the oscillator non-mounting
technology improved greatly the cutting capability (high-speed) and achieved almost the
same processing performance as a small laser processing machine.
I provide the feature of the large-scale machine that is the oscillator non-mounted and its
technology. Moreover, I introduce the examples of the system to enlarge the applied range
of this machine more.
大型部品を分割せずに切断することは、部品精度の向上、生産性の向上や加工コストの削
減に重要な要求である。そのため大形レーザ加工機の導入は増加する傾向にある。
大形レーザ加工機を要求するユーザは、建設機械、鋼材、建築、車輌、農業機械など多岐に
渡る。
大形部品の加工に使用されるレーザ加工機は、発振器を搭載するため、その高速切断性能
に課題があった。発振器を非搭載する技術で開発した大形レーザ加工機は、高速切断性能を
大幅に向上させ、汎用加工機とほぼ同じ加工性能を実現させた。
ここでは、発振器が非搭載の大形レーザ加工機の特長、実現させた技術を述べる。さらに
加工用途に応じたシステムの応用事例についても紹介する。
