業務内容：実大三次元振動破壊実験施設を活用した社会基盤研究プロジェクトにおいて、下記
の（１）～（５）の研究および業務を行う。
（１）防災科研のシミュレーションシステムを用いた地盤等実験の解析と実験との評価研究
（２）所内研究員へのシミュレーションシステム活用促進に係る業務
（３）地盤系実験等に用いる資機材の維持管理と新たな実験技術の開発研究
（４）防災科学技術研究所の新規実験の企画・提案およびそれに向けた新規技術・研究の調査
（５）国内外の外部機関との共同研究等プロジェクトの運営業務と成果普及に係る業務
採用人数１名
任期付研究員（テニュアトラック制度）※１または、定年制職員（研究職）※２
※１任期中の業務実績により定年制職員（研究職）へ移行する。
※２経歴、業務実績等により定年制職員（研究職）として採用する。

※定年制職員（研究職）で採用された場合は任期の定めなし。

応募資格
（１）博士の学位を有する者（平成２７年３月までに取得見込みの者を含む）、またはこれと同等以
上の学識経験を有するものであって、本研究開発業務に従事する上で十分な研究能力と意
欲を有し、協調性をもって研究・業務を推進できる者。
（２）本業務の遂行に関連する耐震工学または大規模震動実験に関して豊富な知識と経験を有
すること。

Social infrastructure study with The 3-D Full-Scale Earthquake Testing
Facility ( E-Defense)

Duties
Under the project “Social infrastructure study project with E-Defense”,
the successful candidate will conduct the following duties:
(1) Analyze land experiments and evaluation study with our own simulation
system.
(2) Promote our researchers to utilize the simulation system.
(3) Maintain material and equipment for land experiments and develop the
technique for new experiments.
(4) Plan and propose for new experiments and the related research.
(5) Arrange the collaboration with domestic and overseas associations and
spread the production and the related job.

To be determined at the time of employment based on applicant's skill,

Qualifications
(1) Applicants are required to hold Ph.D. degrees (including who will be able
to obtain it by March 2015) or to have the equivalent level of academic
knowledge and to have enough ability and motivation in order to conduct
the above researches. A team-player is desirable.
(2) Required to have high knowledge and experiences of the
earthquake-proof engineering or large-scale shaking tests.
