Under the project by Ministry of Education, which is “Producing information for forecasting probability based on evaluation forecasting risk of changeable climates, Duties the successful candidate will conduct the following duties: (1) Combining experiments for climate model ensemble and statistical system, produce the fundamental information which shows unsureness climate scenario experiment. (2) With appropriate ensemble down-scaling numerical experiments, explore the ultimate evaluation probability system. Work location 3-1, Tennodai, Tsukuba-shi, Ibaraki-ken, 305-0006, Japan (1) Applicants are required to hold Ph.D. degrees (including who will be able to obtain it by March 2015) or to have the equivalent level of academic knowledge and to have enough ability and research experience about these fields (eg. climate, meteorology, statistic mathematics, hydrology, Qualifications water circulation, environment, urban engineering, computer science) in order to conduct the above researches. (2) Applicants are required to have high skill and enough knowledge of analyzing data with numerical model, results of numerical simulation and observation data.
