This is a dicing tape for processes required for probing (test of electrical characteristics) in a
heated environment after dicing. Realizes new process that could not be resolved with
conventional dicing tape.

Allows dicing and heated probing with one tape

Reducing die shifting before and after heating

Prevent tape sticking to the heated prober stage
