１．If the number of applications exceeds 80, the seats will be awarded by lottery
system. Students who entered Tokyo Tech in year 2013 and 2014 have preference.
The results of the lottery will be posted
on http://www.ryu.titech.ac.jp/info/2015/trip/results.html on January 9th, 2015.
２．The selected students have to pay a part of the travel fee:
a. Fee: 15,000 yen
b. Deadline: January 19th at 16:00
c. Method: Post Office Money transfer
d. Payment instructions will be posted
on: http://www.ryu.titech.ac.jp/info/2015/trip/results.html
３．The travel fee is NOT refundable after paying even if you cancel this tour.
１．応募が定員（８０名）より多かった場合は、2013 年、2014 年入学の人を優先して、選
考を行います。選考結果は、2015 年 1 月 9 日に URL 上で発表します。URL アドレス
は http://www.ryu.titech.ac.jp/info/2015/trip/results.html
２．参加候補者
（＝選考された人）
は、
1 月 19 日 16:00 までに、
旅行代金の自己負担分 15,000
円を大学の口座に郵便振り込みする必要があります。支払い方法は、選考結
果 http://www.ryu.titech.ac.jp/info/2015/trip/results.html を見てください。
３．振り込まれた 15,000 円は、あなたが旅行をキャンセルした場合でも、返金しません。
