DIAMOND TOOL POLISHING MACHINE MODEL DTP-300AX
The DTP-300AX Diamond tool polishing machine is used
to grind and polish single crystal diamond and CVD diamond
tools and is dedicated to process flank face, rake face of single
crystal diamond tools.
■This has an ultraprecision air bearing onto the highly
absorbent casting body.
■By using special polishing equipment, it is able to polish
diamond tool held by work retainer on the scaife with a high
degree of accuracy.
■The body has scaife correction system on double column types of cutting by turning revised
mechanism using carbide tool and grinding by dry rotary grinding mechanism with grinding wheel.
It is enable to attach high precision true edge of diamond tools to processing surface and edge with
extremely less vibration of high rotating scaife by using air bearing.

■We use special polishing equipment and the
beginners can re-grind flank face and rake face,
too.
■Upper surface of scaife can be kept smooth by
rotary grinding.
