Letter of Commitment
I pledge to adhere to the items below after the Embassy of Lao PDR in
Japan and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan approves the event titled

" as a commemorative event of
60th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Japan and the Lao PDR.
1. I will take all responsibilities as the representative of the event.
2. Under the event, I will not carry out any activity which is related to
political activities or which is contrary to social interest and the objective
of the event.
3. I will submit a summary of the event to the Embassy of Lao PDR in Japan
after the completion of the event.
I will not object to the withdrawal of the accreditation if I violate this
commitment.

１．本件事業については、事業の主催者が一切の責任を負うこと。
２．政治活動、公益性に反する活動、その他本件開催の目的、趣旨に反する活
動、行事は一切行わないこと。
３．事業主催者は、本件事業の終了後、速やかに駐日ラオス大使館に対し、所
定の様式をもって事業実施報告を行うこと。
なお、本誓約に違反した場合には、交付認定取り消しの措置を受けても異存は
ありません。
