becomes abandoned by the Trademark Holder, the Trademark Holder will notify
the Clearinghouse through his/her appointed trademark agent within a reasonable
time that the mark has been abandoned, or has been the subject of successful
opposition, invalidation, cancellation, or rectification proceedings.
