Stage 4 Clarifications / 第4ステージの説明 :

All riders and team vehicles shall assemble ceremonial starting area, near the Kami-honmachi town hall,
Subashiri, during 9:00 to 9:20. Traffic control for ceremonial starting area will be start at 9:00.
全競技者とチーム車両は須走上本町集会所近傍のパレード･スタート･エリアに 9時から 9時20分の間に集合しなければならい．パ
レード･スタート･エリアの交通規制は 9時から行われる．

Sign in will commence at 9:00 and finish at 9:45
スタート署名は 9:00に開始し，9:45に終了する．

Starting ceremony will begin at 9:55. Riders shall line up with Individual General Classification order.
スタート式典は 9時55分に開始する．競技者は個人総合時間順位の順に整列すること．

Neutralized start will be done at 10:00.
パレード･スタートは 10時に行われる．

There will be a neutralized section of 2.9 km.
スタート時のニュートラル区間は 2.9 kmある．

Real start will be done at the front of team pits with standing start format.
正式スタートはチームピット前で，停止状態から行われる．

There are no time bonus sprints, and no time will be awarded on the finish line.
ボーナス･タイム･スプリントも，フィニッシュラインにおけるボーナス･タイムもない．

There are no Sprint Points Intermediate sprints.
スプリント･ポイント順位のための中間スプリントはない．


No Sprint Points will be awarded at the end of the stage.
スプリント･ポイント順位のためのポイントはステージのフィニッシュ時も与えられない．
King of the Mountain points will be awarded at the finish of the stage.
ステージのフィニッシュにおいて山岳賞のポイントが与えられる。．

The finish of this stage is considered a mountain top finish for the purposes of the application of articles
2.6.029. Articles 2.6.027 and 2.6.028 will not apply on this stage.
このステージのフィニッシュは，UCI規則条項2.6.029適用の山頂フィニッシュとみなされる．条項 2.6.027 および 2.6.028はこのス
テージに適用されない．
