We have selected the Richmond Hotel Akita for your stay in Akita. It is ranked #1 on
Tripadvisor and has excellent rates! It is also 2 blocks from the train station in downtown
Akita, and is near many restaurants, shopping, cafés, and so forth. The university, where
all conference activities will take place, is outside of the city in a beautiful cedar forest
setting. We will be providing free bussing to/from the hotel and AIU each day. Please

Japan's currency is the Japanese Yen (¥). The exchange rate varies between 95 and
100¥ to $1 (USD). For more information, this website provides an exchange rate table:

Akita has an international airport (AXT). The airport is located near the university and
there is a city bus to/from the downtown train station for 900¥ each way. Taxis are also
available, but are expensive in Japan. The cost of a taxi will probably be around
5000¥ each way from the airport to the hotel. Most flights to Japan from overseas will
arrive in Tokyo. There are two airports in Tokyo: Narita and Haneda. Many of you will
likely arrive in Narita and will need to take a shuttle bus to Haneda airport for your flight to
Akita. Information about the shuttle can be found here:
http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/ . It takes around 75 minutes to get from one airport to
the other, so make sure to choose a connecting flight that will give you enough time to get
from one airport to the other. We recommend allowing yourself 4 hours between flights.
Some international flights do arrive at Haneda, so verify with your airline or travel agent.
For those who prefer to take the train from Tokyo instead of a flight, you should book your
ticket with the JR East and select the Akita Shinkansen (Komachi or Super Komachi).

Akita sits on the Sea of Japan and therefore the weather here is fairly humid in the
summer, but not excessively hot. The average temperature in June is between 20-25 C°
(68-77 F°). Because of the moisture in the air, Akita has a fair amount of rain. Although
the rainy season is usually over by the middle of June, you should be prepared for rain.

のテキストについてのコメントを確認するには、右側にあるコメントアイコンをクリックします。

コメントをクリックし、返信ボタンをクリックすることで、この操作を

3.オンラインの写真やビデオを挿入する
Word 文書の中で、オンラインビデオを直接追加したり再生したりします。コンピューターにあらかじめ写
真を保存しなくても、オンライン写真サービスから写真を追加します。[挿入] > [オンラインビデオ] の順
にクリックします。
4. 改良された閲覧機能
新しい閲覧モードの、読みやすく気を散らす要素のない表示を実感してください。[表示] > [閲覧モー
ド] の順にクリックします。そのままの状態で、写真をダブルクリックすると拡大表示されます。画像の外
側をクリックすると閲覧に戻ります。
5.PDF のコンテンツを Word で編集する
Word で PDF を開き、その内容を編集できます。親しみのある Word 文書と同様に段落、リスト、お
よび表を編集してください。コンテンツを選んで、見栄えをよくしましょう。
