Mechanism of Action:
It has antimuscarinic effects and has been used to relieve the

pain of smooth muscle spasm such as visceral spasms.

Precautions:
Use with caution in following conditions:
Tachycardia, Heart failure, Intestinal obstruction, Ulcerative
colititis, Pyloric stenosis, Prostatic hypertrophy.
Contraindications:
Glaucoma, Porphyria

Dry mouth, Tachycardia, Drowsiness

Usual Adult Doses:
Injection: 20 mg intramuscular or intravenous( dose can be
