By Subway
The Tokai University Club is located on the 35th Floor of the Kasumigaseki Building, which
can be easily accessed by several lines of Tokyo Metro (subway).
Ginza Line (銀座線): Toranomon Station (虎ノ門駅), Exit 11 (3 min)
Hibiya Line (日比谷線)/ Chiyoda Line (千代田線)/ Marunouchi Line (丸の内
線):Kasumigaseki (霞ケ関駅) Station, Exit A13 (5 min)
Nanboku Line (南北線)：Tameike-Sanno Station (溜池山王駅), Exit 8 (5 min)
Yulakucho Line (有楽町線)：Sakuradamon Station (桜田門駅), Exit 2 (5 min)
By Taxi from the designated hotel
Taxi fare from the designated hotel to the Seminar venue will cost approximately 700-800 yen.
2. Lunch Reception
After the Seminar, the TCS will host a lunch reception for the invited guests as well as general
participants at the Seminar venue. Your attendance will be much appreciated.

3. Other General Information
Working Languages
Working languages of the Seminar are English and Japanese. Simultaneous interpretation will
be provided at the Seminar.
Dress code
Business attire is recommended for the Seminar as well as welcome dinner.
Electricity and Voltage
The standard electric current in Japan is 100-volts. You may rent a multi-voltage travel adapter
at the Lobby Desk of the hotel on the 3rd floor.
Weather
November is one of the best times to visit Tokyo, as the weather is relatively dry and mild.
Average daytime high temperature is around 17℃ and average nighttime low temperature 10℃.
