実際は、I'll be と言うので、I shall be と区別する実益がない。

"if the schedule has been moved up"（予定が前倒しになっているなら）という条件をつけた言い方なら would も可。

should と比べると、「であるはず」だという確信の度合いが低い。

if he hasn't changed his mind（心変わりしていなければ）という条件をつけた言い方なら would も可。

現時点での話をするのに shall は使えない。

「〜ではないか」より強い、「〜であるはずだ、そうに違いない」というニュアンスが感じられる。

特にかしこまった感じがない。

I will be よりは丁寧な感じ。

アメリカ英語では普通、shall はあまり使わないので、その分、改まった感じを出せる。

言われた方の返事で shall を使うと命令調になるので、普通は、You could/should...を使う。

will と would とでは will の方が多く使われるのに、shall と should では、should の方が多いというデータがある。

「〜した方がいい」という話のときは should は shall とは互換性がある。しかし、The government should...のように義務を言うときは不可。
