埼玉大学の全学臨時休講等の基準

本学における風水害の危険が迫った場合等の授業(定期試験を含む。）の取り
扱いについては、下記のとおりとする。
なお、附属学校園に関する取り扱いについては、各学校園で別に定める。
記
第１大久保キャンパスで行う授業は、次の基準により取り扱う。
(1) さいたま市に暴風警報、大雪警報、暴風雪警報又は特別警報(以下「警報」
という。)が発表された場合は、発表後に開始する授業を休講とする。ただ
し、警報が解除された場合の取り扱いは次のとおりとする。
① 午前７時の時点で警報が解除されている場合は、当日の授業を実施する。
② 午前１１時の時点で警報が解除されている場合は、当日の３時限目以降
の授業を実施する。
③ 午後４時の時点で警報が解除されている場合は、当日の６時限目以降の
授業を実施する。
(2) 上記の他、学長が学生の安全確保のため必要があると判断した場合は、休
講とする。
第２他のキャンパス等で行う授業は、次の基準により取り扱う。
(1) サテライトキャンパスで行われる授業については、当該キャンパス所在地
の管轄気象台から発表される警報に基づき、第１に準じて取り扱うものとす
る。
(2) 教育実習、介護等体験又は就業体験等の場合は、各実習先の指示に従うも
のとする。
附則
この基準は、平成 26 年 7 月 24 日から施行する。

Saitama University Regulations of cancellation of all classes
throughout the university
The handling of classes (including examinations, etc.) in the event of storm and flood
damage shall be as follows.
The handling of classes at affiliated schools is specified separately.
No.1 The handling of classes in Okubo Campus shall be as follows;
1) All classes shall be cancelled in the event that The Japan Meteorological Agency
issues one or more of the following warning for Saitama City: violent winds warning
(Boufuukeihou 暴風警報), heavy snow warning (ooyukikeihou 大雪警報),blizzard
warning (boufuusetsukeihou 暴風雪警報), and special warning (tokubetsukeihou 特
別警報).
However when the warning is lifted, classes shall be as follows.
1. If the warning is lifted before 7:00am, classes will be held from the first period.
2. If the warning is lifted before 11:00am, classes will be held from the third period.
3. If the warning is lifted before 4:00pm, classes will be held from the sixth period.
2) Other cases than that above, when the president determines it would be necessary
for the safety of students, all classes shall be cancelled.
No.2 Classes of other campuses shall be as follows;
1) All classes of satellite campus should be dealt with as set forth in No.1, based on the
warnings issued by local Meteorological Observatory.
2) If warnings are issued while you are away at another school for teaching experience,
care experience and an internship, please follow the policies of that school.
