CA BS 200N -　負荷インピーダンス　（BS200NX電子スイッチ用）
BS 200Nシリーズ半導体スイッチのスイッチング挙動を0.6ohm ～50uH 負荷インピーダンスで検証する必要があります。
CA BS 200Nは、BS 200Nxの出力に直接接続します。BS
200Nxのスイッチングパラメターを接続された負荷を用い計測します。
CA BS 200Nは、ISO 7637-2:2011や旧ISO 7637-2:2004によるトランジエントのエミッション計測で要求されるシャント抵
抗Rs(10ohm,20ohm,40ohm,120ohm)を含んでいます。
