＜禾場 うちば＞
「禾場 うちば」の「禾」は「穀物」を意味する。
「脱穀場」
（新改訳、新共同訳）
、
「麦打ち場」
（バルバロ訳、フ
ランシスコ会訳）である。今は田でコンバインが刈り取った麦や稲を腹の中で穀粒と殻を吹き分け、殻は田に吐
き出し、穀粒は太いアームを伸ばして軽トラに移す。軽トラが一杯になれば、そのまま農協に運ぶだけである。
「禾場 うちば」の光景がなくなり、苦労のない時代をむかえたが、その分、収穫にともなう実と殻を「吹き分
ける」作業の意味が薄れたことは否めない。
＜吹き分け＞
農夫は「箕（熊手） ptu,on プツオン」で、打った穀物を空中に放り上げ、穀粒と籾殻を吹き分ける。人はたえ
ず自らに属するものとそうでないものを「吹き分け」なければならない。吹分けは慎重になされる。
「実」と「殻」
はかつては分かちがたく一体のものであったが、時が来れば分けるべきものとなる。
＜心のきよい者＞

「心のきよい者は幸いである」（マタイ５：８） 心の「kaqaro,j カサロス きよい人」で、「心がすっかり掃
除された人」である。必要なものと不要なものが吹き分けられた人のことである。
＜きよめ＞
「きれいにし diakaqari,zw デイアカサリゾー」は「dia, 強意 ＋ kaqari,zw きれいにする、きよめる」で「徹
底的にきよめる」こと。「きよめ」は隅々まで徹底的に行われる。
「焼き捨てられた katakai,w カタカイオー」ものを惜しむまい。
「きれいに diakaqari,zw デイアカサリゾー」
なるのに避けることはできない。
＜神の倉＞
天には「神の倉」がある。地で獲れたものがそこに納められる。

そこで、人は自らに属するものをすべて価値あるものとして扱うべきである。価値なしとして捨てようとしたも
のの中に宝が隠されている。「実」と考え大切にしたものが「殻」であり、「殻」として見捨てたものが取り入
れるべき「実」であることがある。

「消えない火」の「消えない」はギリシャ語「a;sbestoj アスベストス 消えない」で、英語「アスベスト asbestos
石綿」は燃えにくいことから、名づけられた言葉である。
「私」について、神は「実と殻」を吹分け、「殻」は「消えない火」で焼かれる。人は何が「私」の「実」で、
何が「殻」かは、決めつけないがよい。それは神のなさることである。自分に属するすべてを大事に生きること

である。しかし、神が吹分けられたら、それが「殻」である。遠くに吹き飛ばされるのでそれと分かる。不必要
な「殻」は神が焼かれる。
