9 経費⽀弁⽅法 FinaQLQJ\RXUH[FKDQJH
大阪大学への留学期間中、交換留学生は授業料以外のすべての留学費用、例えば寮費、光熱費、通学のための交通費、保険料や医療費などを、私費または
奨学金、もしくはその両方でまかなう必要があり、月額およそ12万円が必要です。1年の留学であれば約144万円が必要です。
あなたが留学に必要な費用をどのように準備するかを具体的に述べてください。
Exchange students should cover all fees and costs other than tuition during their exchange study. You will need to have at least
120,000JPY (c.1,200USD) per month at your disposal for accommodation fee, utilities, public transport to commute to and from
campus, compulsory national health insurance and college insurance. If you are studying with us for a year, you will need
c. 14,400USD. Please tell us in detail how you will finance your exchange study.
留学中に就労の必要のない十分な資金を自分で用意することは、留学ビザ取得の条件でもあります。この申請書ではまだ必要ありませんが、交換留学合格後
には詳細な経費支弁計画書と、それに対応する証拠書類を提出しなければなりません。(日本でのアルバイトや決定していない奨学金を含めた計画や、証拠書
類を提出できない場合、在留資格認定証明書・査証の申請は受理されません。)交換留学に合格しても十分な資金があるとの証拠が提出されなければ、
入学・入国は許可されません。今から経費支弁の計画を立てておいてください。
Having sufficient funds to live and study in Japan is also one of the requirements for your student visa application later and
therefore you should have a solid financial plan to cover your exchange study in Osaka. While you do not have to provide any
financial documents at this stage, you will have to submit a financial declaration form and corresponding official documents
AFTER you receive our offer. (In the immigration procedures you cannot include possible part-time work or scholarship under
consideration into your financial plan.) In case you do not submit appropriate financial declaration and supporting documents
when you are requested to do so, the offer will be cancelled and will not be admitted to the exchange program.
