クラウス・サイノーヴァバイエルン州立図書館副館長
Dr. Klaus Ceynowa (Deputy Director General, Bavarian State Library)
ミュンスター大学で博士号取得後、ゲッティンゲン大学図書館副館長を経て、2005 年より現職。戦略的・
財政的プランニング、人材マネジメント、運営管理とマーケティングを担当。バイエルン州立図書館のコレ
クションのデジタル化について Google との契約交渉や「デジタルデータ長期保存のためのテクノロジー」、
「リンクト・オープン・データ」、「動作感知コンピューティング」等の革新的プロジェクトに関わる。
Graduated with a Ph.D. from Münster University. After serving as Deputy Director at the Göttingen State and
University Library (2002-2005), assumed the present post in 2005. In charge of strategic and financial planning, human
resources management, and controlling and marketing for libraries in the digital age. Actively working for negotiating
the contract between the Bavarian State Library and Google about the digitization of the complete copyright-free
collections of the Library from the 17th to the 19th century and deeply engaged in innovative projects of the library
such as technologies for long term digital preservation, Linked Open Data and gesture-based computing.
マルクス・ブラントゥルバイエルン州立図書館ミュンヘン・デジタル化センター長
Dr. Markus Brantl (Head of the Munich Digitization Centre/ Digital Library)
ミュンヘン大学歴史学科助手としてデジタル化、関係データベースの構築等に携わる傍ら、博士号取得
（歴史補助科学）。1997 年バイエルン州立図書館に新たに創設されたミュンヘン・デジタル化センター調
査関連プロジェクトマネージャーに就任、2003 年より現職。2D と 3D デジタル化/プロダクション、アプリケ
ーション-プログラミング、デジタル長期保存などにも取り組む。
Earned Ph.D. in historical auxiliary disciplines from Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich,
while working as an academic assistant for advanced computing in the humanities (digitization, relational databases,
WWW, etc.) in the university. He joined the newly founded Digitization Center at the Bavarian State Library, Munich,
in 1997. Assumed the present post in 2003. Actively working for various projects such as 2D and 3D
Digitization/Production, Application-Programming, Digital long-term preservation and Apps.
石田英敬東京大学総合文化研究科教授／東京大学附属図書館副館長
Dr. Hidetaka Ishida (Professor, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, University of Tokyo; Deputy
University Librarian)
パリ第十大学大学院博士課程修了。人文科学博士。同志社大学助教授、東京大学教養学部助教授、同
大学院総合文化研究科助教授、同大学院情報学環・学際情報学府教授を経て、2009 年同情報学環長、
2012 年より東京大学附属図書館副館長を務め、同図書館の新図書館計画推進室長を担当。その間、パ
リ第 7 大学、パリ第 8 大学客員教授、パリ哲学コレージュ・プログラムディレクターなども務める。専門は、記号学、メディア論。
Philosopher and specialist in French literature and mediology. Graduated with a Ph.D. in human science from the
University of Paris-X. After working as an associate professor in the Doshisha University, he joined the University of
Tokyo in 1992. Assumed the present post in 2012 after serving as Dean of the Graduate School of Interdisciplinary
Information Studies (2009-2012). He is now in charge of the The University of Tokyo New Library Project “Academic
Commons.” Meanwhile, he was also acted as a visiting professor in the University of Paris-VII and Paris IIX, and a
program director of the Collège de France.
大場利康（おおばとしやす）電子情報部電子情報企画課長
Toshiyasu Oba (Director of Digital Information Planning Division, Digital Information Department,
National Diet Library: NDL)
1990 年国立国会図書館入館。2004 年東京大学文化資源学修士課程修了。2010～2012 年国立国会図
書館関西館電子図書館課長、2012～2014 年電子情報流通課長を経て、2014 年より現職。
Working for the National Diet Library since 1990. Graduated with a master’s degree in cultural resource studies from
the University of Tokyo in 2004. Assumed the present post in 2014 after serving as Director of the Digital Library
Division of the Kansai-kan (2010-2012) and Director of the Digital Information Planning Division (2012-2014).
