EI Symposium V March 4, 2015 Keio University, Hiyoshi Campus New Programs and Leaders in Times of Massive Change 大変化の時代を先導するリーダーの育成 The aim of the 5th EI symposium is to build on its history of Project-based Learning (PBL) to improve awareness of change, bridge gaps between expectations and reality, and to explore new solutions. As always, presentations and frank discussions will be our chief tools. The participants are all exceptional and come from very diverse professions and backgrounds. Whether it is economic change, climate change, or a demographic shift, the scale of the problems that accompany massive change requires an ability to work at both the local and the global/national level simultaneously. Policy is weakened if local communities cannot benefit from the ideas behind it. Likewise, if we work only in isolated communities the problems will continue to grow around us. A meeting between the two approaches is essential. And yet it is not so common. ギャップを超える ?
