マルチラムは、銅合金製で特殊形状のバネ性のある帯状の接触
子です。用途に合わせて金メッキもしくは銀メッキを施します。
プ
ラグ外側もしくはソケット内側の溝にはめ込み使用します。一定の
バネ力により、マルチラムはプラグおよびソケットの接触面に接続
し続けます。結果として、安定した低接触抵抗を保持できます。
マルチラムテクノロジーは、非常に幅広いご要望と過酷な条件、
電気的条件（数kＡまで）温度的条件（350℃まで）機械的条件
（着脱回数100万回）に対する問題解決が可能です。

MC Multilam Technology:
unlimited possibilities
Multilams are specially formed, resilient strips of copper alloy
which are silver or gold-plated according to their application
and are float mounted in a groove. By its constant spring pressure the Multilam maintains continuous contact with the contact surface, resulting in a low and constant contact resistance.
Multilam technology allows us to meet a very broad range of
requirements and to find solutions to the most severe constraints, including electrical (up to several kA), thermal (up to
350°C) and mechanical, with contact durability of up to 1 million mating cycles.
We are specialised in the design of custom solutions.

Thermal steady current
Depending on cross-section and cable type, RobiFix can be
used for a thermal steady current up to 180 A.
With 2 RobiFix in sandwich construction, screwed together
with spacers at a distance of 1 cm, 320 A are possible. This is
particularly interesting for aluminium spot-welding guns.

例：電源コネクタとしてStäubli社のMPSシステムに採用されてい
るRobiFix。
RobiFixを使用することにより、ロボットの土台(J1)からロボット溶
接ガン(J6)までの一次回路接続を標準化でき、経済的に装着でき
ます。
利点:ツールチェンジャーの有無と関係なく、ロボットドレスパック
内の電源ケーブルの両端は常に同じ形体のコネクタとなります。
溶接ガン変圧器上の一次回路コネクタ同様に、ツールチェンジャ
ーの電源コネクタはRobiFixで構成されます。新しい標準によっ
て、エンドユーザーはロボットのケーブルアセンブリと電源装置の
数を最小限にできます。
新しいドッキングコネクタMGK4 -180- RFAはツールチェンジャー
にまっすぐにあるいは60°
の角度で固定でき、最適なケーブルの取
り回しが可能です。
Example: RobiFix in use as an electrical supply line for the
power module on a Stäubli MPS-system (tool-changer).
With RobiFix, you can standardize and install very economically, the primary circuit connection from the robot base (J1) to
the welding gun (J6).
Benefits: the power cables inside the robot dresspack always
end in the same connector, with or without the tool-changer.
Similar to the primary circuit connector on the spot welding
transformer, the power connector consists of a RobiFix plugconnection on the tool-changer. The new standard makes it
possible for end-users to reduce extra amounts of dresspacks
and energy supplies for the robot to a minimum.
The new docking plug connector MGK4-180-RFA has the advantage of being able to be assembled straight onto the toolchanger or at 60 degree angle, allowing optimal cable management.

The quality of a plug connector is determined by the sum of
the resistances Rtotal (Rcrimp1 + Rcrimp2 + Rcontact). The lower the
overall resistance, the smaller are the power losses Pv in the
plug connection. Small power losses are characteristic of an
