ペーン」といいます）に応募の方（以下、「応募者」といいます）は、以下をよくお読みいただき、同意の上

These terms and conditions refer to “JSTV Autumn and Winter Promotion W Chance Prize Draw” (“This promotion”) is held by JSTV (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These terms and conditions should be read carefully. By entering this promotion, you
accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
■The Entry Period:
・Entry to the Draw begins on 1st Oct 2015 and ends on 31st Dec 2015 (The Entry Period). Entries
received before or after the Entry Period are void.
■Eligibility:
・This promotion is only open to legal residents of countries where JSTV is broadcasted ( Europe,
Middle-east, Russia, and North Africa), who are aged 18 or over as of the start date of this promotion.
・Those which have business links to JSTV (JSTV agents etc.), their staff can not apply for this promotion.
・Your entry will be accepted only when you submit entry form as our entry instruction during the
entry period.
■Limitation with Number of Entries:
・Only one entry per person. (Duplicate entries will not be considered.)
■How to Enter:
・To enter this promotion, completely fill out entry form on our website www.jstv.co.uk during the
entry period.
* If you join JSTV as new customer during the entry period, you are automatically entered into this
promotion. However, please note new customers of Cable TV companies must entry this promotion by
submitting via our website.
・By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you
do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not entry this promotion.

■Selection and Announce of Winners:
・Ｗinners will be selected independently and at random from all valid entries received during the

・Winners will be notified by delivery of the prize.
・This promotion cannot be transferred to another person or be converted into money.
■Delivery of Prizes:
・Prizes will be delivered to each winners after mid of Jan 2016, although there may be a delay in
dispatch for some reasons.
・Some prizes are not available for delivery to certain areas.

■Reason for invalidation:
・Any breach of these terms and conditions or our policy by an entrant or winner will invalidate their
entry and winning. ・Please fill out your personal data correctly. We accept no responsibilities for any loss, damages,
liabilities, disappointment (e.g., in case you may not receive your prize) as a result of your entry or
personal data is missing, incorrect or incomplete. ・Some selected winners of prizes will be notified by e-mail or phone. If selected winners cannot be
contacted, the prize will be forfeited. ■Inquiries:
・Any inquiries related to confirmation of entry, how to select winners, result of winning are not accepted.
■General:
・We accept no responsibility for all internet connection and telecommunication costs charged by your
service provider incurred for entry to this promotion.

・This is prize for a person to be able to get flight return ticket from airport in the country you are
staying to Tokyo airport (Narita / Haneda).
・The costs of journey to airport in the country you are staying at the moment, from Haneda / Narita to
your destination are not included in this prize.
・You can not choose airline company.
・You must leave within a year after you won.
・You must book and check in a month before you leave.
・You can not book the outbound flight from19th and 24th Dec.
・We will tell winner other detail of the conditions on this prize.

・The subscription fee is free for 12 months from the month you start viewing.
